Two Binos and Foxes in Housepets!?!
Did anyone else notice that Fox and Bino were in the crowd on this comic strip. So time travel, cloning?
That means there are two foxes and two binos, fox doesn't show up till later, and Bino is at the podium.

That version of Fox looks more feminine.
So time traveling and gender switching clones!
The ultimate combo!

it kinda looks like the older style, we could always be missing a part of the comic, but I couldnt be sure where, either that or there are just two other dogs that look almost identical to young Fox and Bino in the Good old Dogs club.

Re: Two Binos and Foxes in Housepets!?!
I noted the Bino, my theory is that Bino uses body doubles like some foreign leaders, so people beat up the double instead. with how often he's injured, it would be a good plan, assuming the double can take a hit better than he can.

Point is that there are two look alikes in Babylon Gardens...so, even if that is the case then we are missing some of the story

They could just be the same breed...
Douglas isn't my real name, but because of a name block put on me by a higher-order being known as Djinni, I can't say my real name.

^ This. This was my interpretation although it's not as fun as some of the fan theories you guys are concocting.Douglas Collier wrote:They could just be the same breed...
Like, there are small differences. The Bino in the audience doesn't have as much of a belly as the real Bino. And the Fox doesn't look as buff as the real Fox.

Re: Two Binos and Foxes in Housepets!?!
look at Shadow Binos collar, its the same kind. They look exactly like the older style Bino and Fox before Bino seemed a little weightier, which is why I propsed that their younger. If they were simply the same breed their faces also wouldn't be an exact match.

Do we seriously need Rick to say it's not a double or a time traveler or whatever?

I'm gonna say yes. It's not like it's impossible. The Housepets! B.C. Arc is proof enough of time travel being possible.
Let's give it everything we've got! Get ready, because it's Punishment Time!

We're missing one critical bit of information, though - their fur color. They could be pink for all we know.

or is could just be a case of background clone syndrome. like inexplicably identical background ponies in MLP, extra deceptions being in multiple places at once in several of the transformers series, or that time there was a crowd in the background of a Simpsons episode with three Neilsons in it.
a common time-saving tactic for making background characters is to simplify and copy an existing character, and hope nobody notices.

No matter how tempting it may be, as a DM I can't both present a problem and solve it.
Every time a DMPC or NPC fixes something a payer couldn't i'm diminishing and undermining that player's contribution.

No you see they're all pets from early Housepets!, where all pets, regardless of species or gender, look exactly the same.
