Title Text: don't mind the fact that I'm naked, what comic do you even think you're reading
No update, but we do get an adorable West for compensation.

1. I know people got confused but really though? And did people really think that thing about a “time loop” or is Rick being dramatic to prove a point about how ridiculous the entire thing is?
2. I’m glad the originals are still on the site because those updated ones are![]()
I definitely prefer the originals because as I said before I like seeing the actual grays of Miles and Lucretia instead of them being filtered.
3. Who is West?

1. It may not have been a big deal to most, but it was to some, and anyone reading through the archives now how would've been confused by the flashback will now enjoy the comic more.fenrirblack wrote:I have three comments. Really one comment and two questions.

3. Who is West?

That'll update with your browser's cache, I believe.fenrirblack wrote:Okay, now I am getting the new version of Monday's panel on my computer but the original on my iPad so weird.
West doesn't really come up on the forum much, so if you don't follow Rick on FurAffinity, deviantArt, Weasyl, RickGriffinStudios.com, Tumblr, or Twitter, it's understandable you wouldn't be familiar.fenrirblack wrote:And is West of Heaven something I should know like is that just the name of the character or something he wrote/made?
I could imagine the flashback panels being slanted, as though italicized.fenrirblack wrote:This is why I use italic for flashbacks in my writing. ;)
Rick's not actually taking time off.fenrirblack wrote:I can understand taking time off at this point.
I anticipate the less ambiguous version of the strip will be published, meaning the current one.fenrirblack wrote:Can I recommend that we use the originals when the Book 11 comes out?

Wait what? I had no idea that not only was Rick not his real name, but was actually just the name of his older 'sona. Huh.3. West of Heaven is Rick's new fursona, though it won't completely replace the Furret (Furret seen here). The kangaroo hasn't shown up before and isn't tagged so you'd only recognize him if you visited one of his other sites. Incidentally, the author signs his work "Rick Griffin", but that's not his real name, it's the Furret character's name. It's best not to overthink how it would work if he got rid if the Furret fursona completely.
I knew Rick wasn't his real name (and thanks to ordering a signed copy of book 2 through the mail I know his real name) but I thought Rick Griffin was a pen name AND the name of his old furretsona.mr_abomination wrote:Wait what?
