He walked a couple feet before realizing something and turning to address the paramedic. C-can you make sure my son is okay until I get there? He's the only thing that protects me from some of my worse fans. He said, his immense worry apparent in every word.

John was just about to launch his plans when new directives came from the droid. The man stopped in his tracks, and raised an eyebrow. Something was up, he knew it, but he couldn't act rashly now, especially when the still-evil looking droid had referred to him as "the cat's owner". They had Ashe, possibly as a hostage... That one word brought a cold chill in his heart.

Again, Ashe was dumbfounded. They even got his dad into all this? Her face was stuck in that expression of disbelief. She didn't understand much of what both Wealthy and the captain were talking about. Were they doomed? Or were they really being evacuated from the place?

The fur one her back bristled, however, when she heard Wealthy's last sentence. That much she could understand. "Yeah, can't he just take his chip and leave this place? Is it wrong for him to live?" Her voice quivered, from conflicting emotions and painful memories of her own survival. "P-p-please?" she added, her left paw shaking, looking at the captain straight at the face.

Oh no... He moaned, crumpling to the floor, his face in absolute horror.
Wealthy, I am so sorry for you. Rosie's face was now upset as well.
Maybe There's still time for you to go. Maybe You can survive this. The captain explained.
But, maybe you'll die. And if you die in that body, Rosie will never be able to get back to her old self.
I don't want to die... Wealthy said, staring off into space. He doubled over in pain, grabbing his aching head. Ugh!
The captain turned away from Wealthy, tapping her headset.
Hinata! Where are you?! She shouts into the headset.

The mech droid led the way to an elevator, when her com-chip rang out.
Inside her head, she replied Captain? We're on our way up.
Why did it take so long?! She shouts.
eh-, I- I had some difficulty gaining their trust. Hinata replied.
Are you still in mech-mode? She asks.
Y-yes. I didn't want to lower my guard. Hinata explains.
Then shift back to ani-droid, and speed up the elevator! The captain shouts.
Y-yes ma'am. Hinata shuts off the communicator.
I have been given orders to revert back to my original form. Please excuse me. The mech droid made a series of clicks.
The arms start collapsing into a smaller, grey metal. The head raises as the chest collapses into itself. The Gatling guns moved to her back, and turned invisible.
After she had finished transforming, the new form was a shapely, grey, female rabbit, with soft eyes, with pink pupils.
Her ears were in a pony tail. She shuffled her feet on the ground, crossing her arms.
H- Hang on, this might get bumpy. She warns, slamming her palms into the control board. It glows pink, then the elevator speeds up, until its almost impossible to stand.

Was all Avery got through thinking before the ani-droid began to collapse into itself. It reminded him of folding origami, starting with a shapeless square and then folding, turning and molding it until it became a beautiful swan.

"Wow." The dog said unconsciously out loud after the transformation was finished. Was that rabbit really the same robot that pointed a gun at him a few minutes ago?
Too busy staring and wrapped up in his own thoughts, he failed to hear the ani-droid when it- no, she, warned them of the suddenly acceleration they would be experiencing in the elevator and as a results he wobbled slightly, braced himself a second too late, and proceeded to fall ungracfully on his tail with an audible, "Ooph."

{After my little cleaning, I kinda got bored so I made an Ice Skating Rink out of the fountain and made it snow a little. It was kinda fun since the fountain had an odd shape so I played to my heart's content. I somewhat regret this because I made too much of a mess in the fountain.}

As James watched the ambulance leave, he pulled his phone out of his pocket and dialed the number the medic gave him. I wish I could just drive my car there, but the hospital is a restricted area. As he listened to the phone ring, he turned towards the group of pets. Any of you want to go to the hospital with me to check up on Noah? I don't mind paying for the additional fare.

Colour drained from Ashe's face. She stared at Wealthy, now crumpled up on the floor. She heard Rosie's words of condolences, but refused to understand it.

Before she even realized it, she knelt next to Wealthy, who was cringing in pain, and hugged him. Tight. Wetness flowed from her eyes, a lump forming in her throat so much so that she couldn't say a word. This time, the cat was silent, closing her eyes and sobbing.

Why did she have to experience the death of her friends again? WHY?

John walked cautiously, following the intimidating mech-droid to the elevator. He was silent, trying to formulate a plan to get himself and everyone out of danger. So concentrated was he in his planning that he missed the conversation that the mech-droid was having with its leader. He was only jerked away from his thoughts when the mech-droid transformed in front of the two. He, like Avery, was surprised seeing the thing folding into itself, before changing into what appeared as a rabbit ani-droid.

"Indeed, wow," he added simply when Avery exclaimed his amazement at the transformation. He didn't let his guard down though, for appearances can be deceiving. Which was why he managed to listen to the now pink ani-droid's warning and braced himself against the elevator wall. The elevator sped up, causing the white dog next to him to fall onto the floor, while John was not physically affected that much. For a being who has been through wormholes, this speed was nothing.

He did however, bend down and extended his hand to the dog. "Need any help?"

"No, I'm fine." He assured the alien, waving off the helping hand.
With some visible effort he pushed himself up into a standing position, almost stumbling again in the process.
Despite the distressing feeling that a ten ton truck was resting on top of him the dog gave Mr. Smith a nod that showed he was alright.
Hopefully this ride would end soon...

Hinata watched the keyboard light up black, and her arms were covered in black data.
"Dang!" She shouted while pulling her arms away from the panel and kicking it as hard as she could.
The panel sparked and died, and the elevator ground to a halt. Luckily, it stopped right at the control room.
Hinata looked at the data on her arms, and saw it was pointless to use them now. Her arms were now limp, and wasn't moving.
Hinata walked to the door and kicked it.
Bang!

The captain looked over at the dent in the elevator.
"I guess that's Hinata." She commented. The captain leaned down to Wealthy.
"Wealthy, look at me." She ordered. Wealthy moved his eyes up at the captain.
"Just hang on. I'll get you out of here." She told him.
The elevator doors flew off the wall, skidding away from the door, and stopping as they hit some consoles.
"I got them, ma'am" Hinata said, walking into the room.
"Hinata, you have a virus in your arms!" Rosie shouted. Her a.i form floats over to Hinata and starts cleaning the black data off of her arms.
"Thanks, Rosie-- urk!" Hinata made as if to vomit, but nothing visible came out.
"Careful, you don't want that spreading." Rosie floated to the ground, and as her image landed, black data could be seen on the ground. Rosie rolled it up in a ball, and destroyed it in pixelated fire.

The captain finished talking on her headset, and approached John.
"Hello, Mr. John." She said writing stuff on her clip board.
"I need to talk to you about something."

"Alright then," said John. Even so, the alien noticed the appreciable effort Avery was exerting to stay standing, and wanted to hold on to the dog's shoulders. But after seeing the dog nodding once, the man gave a lopsided smile and nodded back, instead standing closer.

John swiveled his head quickly to look at the now-cursing ani-droid, and raised an eyebrow at the significant change of words. His eyebrows immediately changed positions into a frowning position when the rabbit's arms were covered by a black presence. It was one of those ani-droid virus that he had seen before. He was then worried, he knew that only the US military was developing a virus to disable ani-droids to serve as a pseudo-biological weapon lest the ani-droids were exploited as weapons themselves. He remembered voicing his strong opposition to the development, stating it was unethical and dangerous if it falls into the wrong hands, but was dismissed by his higher-ups in the interest of safety.

The man now was filled with worry. This was a top secret project, why did it end up here? He was about to say something, when the pink ani-droid landed a kick on the panel and immediately stopping the elevator. He was NOT ready this time, and was pulled upwards by inertia before slamming down back on the floor by gravity. He groaned in pain, and staggered back up on his feet. "Hey, watch it!" he told the rabbit in a reprimanding tone, but she just simply went on and kicked the elevator door. "Avery, you okay?" he asked the dog next to him, wincing a bit from pain and the shockwaves of the last kick.

"Uh, yeah, I think so." Avery responded, he sounded shaken. The dog used his paws to feel around his head and face. Checking to make sure he was still in fact, alive. Though he still wasn't sure what had happened a second before.
Too concentrated on staying upright Avery hadn't noticed when the ani-droid rabbit punched the console.
In that moment, all the laws of gravity seemed to stop, and he would have felt like a bird had it not been for the situation they were in. But for a second he felt weightless as his body continued in an upwards direction.
Gravity, being the attentive force that it was, quickly corrected that, sending him back down to the ground where he landed, with a great deal of luck, on his feet.

After the rabbit kicked down the door Avery followed behind.
"Wow." He whispered again as he looked around the room. He had a short time to observe his surroundings for not too long after he watched with concern as a floating... something helped to clear up a pile of black pixels that was plaguing the ani-droid rabbit.

Ashe was still on the floor, lamenting on her friend's imminent death, when a loud 'bang!' resonated in the control room. The cat raised her head, still racked by her sobs, and took a furtive glance around through her now red eyes. The sound seemed to have come from the elevator, and the dent on the door told her that someone just punched at it.

When the captain addressed Wealthy and asked him to look at her, Ashe did the same thing, and looked into the captain's face.

" *sob*W-will you?" Ashe asked, a little hopeful but scared all the same that the hope turned out to be a false one. She held on to Wealthy's shoulders.

All of a sudden, the door of the elevator skidded across the room onto the control panel by more punching, and Ashe winced at the sound the impact has made. Scared of what was coming, Ashe turned around painfully slowly...

John was glad Avery was quick on his feet this time, and gritted his teeth to help him withstand the ache throughout his form. He followed the rabbit inside a room full of monitors and switch panels; the control room. He looked down and saw his daughter, kneeling next to Rosie, her eyes full of tears. "Ashe?" he called, physical pain evaporating into a heart wrench at the sight of his daughter in such a sad state.

"D-dad?" Ashe was surprised seeing his dad in the room. "DAD! I--I---" She wanted to run into his embrace, feeling John's strong yet gentle arms around her, safe and secure from all the evils of the world.

But Wealthy still needed her. She couldn't leave him alone at this time. So she stayed on the floor, her paws never leaving Wealthy's shoulder and said, "I'm so sorry, Daddy. Wealthy needs me. He almost died and he needs comfort."

The man was surprised too, after he heard what Ashe said. Wealthy? Who's that? Wasn't the ani-droid next to her Rosie? But then, he saw what seemed like a 3-D hologram of.... another Rosie? Listening to her addressing the rabbit ani-droid next to him and Avery, and helping to neutralize the black virus on her arms with digital flames, John saw the whole situation in a new light. These people were not terrorist. Something was wrong within the Moon base, but it was not a terrorist attack.

As such, he released a breathe he didn't realize he was holding, and walking past the digital Rosie and the droid named Hinata, he knelt down next to Ashe and wrapped both her and the physical Rosie on the ground in a large hug. Ashe cried some more, but the sobbing eventually died out, and only a contented purr emanated from the grey cat, her eyes closed, her body relaxed. John patted her head, and said softly, "Don't worry, Daddy's here, Daddy's here."

John lifted his head, refusing to let go of Ashe, and instead looked up at a woman with the authorative presence. Must be the leader, he thought.

"Hello," he curtly replied, not knowing who the person was exactly. "Alright, but before that, can you please explain what is going on here, and why is my daughter on the ground crying her eyes out?" There was a slight forcefulness in his voice, and a more intent glare in his eyes, almost similar to how Ashe had reacted when she first came into the control room.

The captain unplugged the a.i chip and walked over to Wealthy again.
Wealthy, I'm going to plug your chip into Rosie's body. You have to give Rosie's body back. Okay?" The captain spoke to the ani-droid in a calm, soothing voice. Wealthy nodded and leaned forward. The captain plugged the a.i chip into the back of his head.
Wealthy's eyes blinked black, then all color faded from the eyes. Rosie's body now lay limp in Ashe's arms.

Ashe wanted to oppose to the proposal made by the captain, but looking at how calm Wealthy seemed to be despite his situation, she nodded along with him. Fear welled up in her when Wealthy grew lifeless in her arms, but she trusted the captain's calm words, and washed the fear away with faith. "Will they both be okay, captain?" she tentatively asked.

John on the other hand was more interested in what the leader was saying before she installed Rosie's chip back into her body. He did understand that Ashe has made friends with another AI interface by the name of Wealthy, who had been using Rosie's body up until now. But her conversation before that bugged him.

"What do you mean, bombs? Captain, does this mean someone is trying to take over the Moon Base? And you're trying to evacuate everyone?" he started asking, wanting confirmation on his worst fears. "If so, I'm afraid we might have a formidable opponent. The black virus that infected your ani-droid over there--" He pointed at the pink rabbit "--is something that is top-secret and should not be accessible by the common public."

"Maybe someone is trying to destroy the moon base, and I'm pretty sure I know who it is." The captain replied.
"The black virus. It's not that secret anymore." She added. Rosie's eyes came back on, and they were back to their usual violet color.
"Uggh, I had to clean out Wealthy's split personalities in here." Rosie said. She carefully slid her arm up and unplugged Wealthy's a.i chip from her head.
"He'll be much safer out of my head." Rosie said as she passed the chip back to the captain.
"Thank you, Rosie. Now, Mr. John, the take over is my concern, and I'm currently working on it. But right now, I've got something just as important." The captain motioned for Mr. John to follow her just a couple paces away, where she could overlook the mech-droids.

After Hinata got some motion in her arms, she stood to her feet. She looked over to-- oh, who was it. Avery?-- She looked over to Avery and saw he was standing alone, merely watching everything that was going on. She shyly walked behind a console desk, and scooted herself as close to Avery as she felt comfortable.
"Um, Hello." She said in her whispery voice.

"Ah, but of course. Why would they install bombs and viruses inside the perimeter of a building if they were going to take over?" John said almost apologetically at his error of inference. He was amazingly calm despite the dire situation, maybe because he had Ashe next to him.

The cat in question smiled wanly seeing Rosie back in her body. "Welcome back, Rosie," she said, hugging her once before letting her go. She grimaced when Rosie pulled Wealthy's chip away, but she recomposed herself quickly, deciding to put her faith on the captain's words. "Ok then," she replied.

John helped his daughter up on her feet and nodded at the captain's orders, but he was a little apprehensive about leaving Ashe on her own. "You think you will be alright on your own, Ashe?" he asked her, concern in his voice.

"Yes Dad, I'll be fine," came the reply. Ashe rubbed her eyes and clapping her paws with her cheeks in the middle to rouse herself back up, managing another wan smile. "Gotta be strong, right?"

"That's my girl!" the man answered jovially. He patted her head one more time, glanced back at Avery and nodded once, before following the captain.

"So, what is it that you would like to discuss with me?" he inquired, observing the captain's face as he did so.
