Another Doctor Who. This time it's BATTLEFIELD, where Sylvester McCoy's Doctor faces Queen Morgaine. It's in the very near future and she has a nuclear missile. The timer's counting down too...

Morgaine: What do I care? This is war!

Doctor: IS it? Death falling from the sky. Blind, random, anywhere, anytime. No one is safe. No one is innocent? Machines of death, Morgaine, screaming from above, of light, brighter than the sun! Not a war between armies nor a war between nations, but just death, death gone mad!

That one can actually be traced back to 1882, was used by W. C. Fields in a film in 1934, and Churchill's alleged use of it wasn't until 1946.
