Edit: oops, my bad on the book thing...still I find it cool that he wants to write a book about this through.

Re: Arc 30: The Present
Erm, well I couldn't have put that any more confusing...
Originally I thought Bino bought "Red Rovers Dog-Gone Good Jokebook (For Dogs)". Thus the book was there and I doubted he used a single joke from it. Then I realised he wrote the book. Or at least I think he did considering he wanted to write Max's joke down and the joke kind of seemed like an insult for Bino on him writing the book...not owning it.

Re: Arc 30: The Present
I daresay there's been a misunderstanding.
Max was mocking Bino for having the book, but Bino decided to take that idea down as a possible future excuse, perhaps for (as Max suggested) having/giving the book.
...
That's how I took it, anyway.

BAH I NEED TO POST SOONER
I think the first thing I thought about this strip was, "Gross, he's giving her used dog bones?????" Then I realized that they're dogs and that probably doesn't matter much.

Re: Arc 30: The Present
Not really. The thing about this strip is that the entire joke is in the final frame, whereas the first three are for plot development. Sorta. The Game wrote:i didn't get this strip, and I thought last strip was funnier.

So Rick, two questions.
Does this universe have a 100% strabismus-defected gene pool?
And if so, will this be a future plot point?

Re: Arc 30: The Present
I'm sure he's mocking Bino for giving Sasha a book on Jokes for Valentine's Day. Bino's response afterwards makes me think he's going to use Max's excuse for the book afterall if Sasha somehow questions why a joke book was given to her for valentine's day.Dissension wrote:I daresay there's been a misunderstanding.

Deep down, you wanted to equip your characters with staff and robes and go on adventures so they could be strong enough to stop Pete. Leveling up is part of the game!rickgriffin wrote:You guys

I actually thought it was cool. I find it humorous though i stayed up that late again though to see the post. i also laughed at the title of it. Silly internet memes.

Grape stop negating your feelings for Peanut!
Also, they are the perfect couple for this strip: PG rated!
(PS I'm posting this rant in this thread 'cuz it should be re-christened 'current comic' and include any previous comment since the closing of the former thread).

I agree (on both accounts) or if you don't want us using this thread to discuss old comics and post speculations then should we create a thread just for that?valerio wrote:https://www.housepetscomic.com/2009/02/ ... ompassion/

Klaus had a large family, and they all want one thing: vengeance.rickgriffin wrote:Yeah, as far as I know the only times those would be used is in details of backstory, but not much of anything that affects the characters directly in the events of the comic itself.

This comic pushed Sasha above Tarot as one of my favorites. She is an air head an adorable, and slightly tragic, air head. This comic was just way too cute. Especially the last panel.

Re: Arc 30: The Present
And so we finally see how to pronounce "Bino" in the comic itself. Pity.
(I hope I'm not responsible for Sasha's first line there.... )
And nice going, Bino, you gave her back the same thing she gave you way back when....
Not very good memory, but at least her thought processes make some kind of sense....
(And what happened to her right ear?)
Sorry, but Sasha's still not big on my list--although I can't really say I dislike her.
"You're kidding. I MEAN um--" Priceless.

That second to last panel of Sasha smiling is the smile of someone who is boarder line insane, but still crazy.

Additionally, Bino is so cute. *laughs* "Bino rhymes with dino, short for dinosaur" makes a comeback! Bwahahaha!

Wild guess for Sasha's meaningful deed: She looks at the bottom of the unicorn, reads the "From Sasha to Bino with LUV <3 <3 <3" inscription, puts two and two together and finally dumps Bino.
