It's just advertising the Housepets Omnibus 4 book set including bonus content not seen elsewhere, but it DOES mean he has Housepets on the mind, so maybe working on goodies?

I am sure that the project of the omnibus that he is going to release will be well worth the money people will pay for it! Unfortunately since I am perpetually poor I will not be able to get it but for everybody that will I am sure it will be marvelous!

I'm kinda waiting to see what the price is going to be. Since I have all of the series, I'd need some information before what may be a very expensive repackaging of what I have already. Just a tight-fisted ol'Yankee, I guess.

I plan to purchase it either way, but the price will determine whether it's right away, or a few months in the future.

I don't think that it will cost too much since it is just a repackaging of the original 15 years of the comic plus some new content. The new content added would be what you are paying for so it shouldn't cost astronomically more than the other volumes.

It’s looking like each book will be roughly $50ish each. Apparently it’ll have new extra artwork similar to the bonus art in the existing books, an unreleased piece of literature, and Rick’s own commentary.

That's actually very cheap given that each of the 4 volumes would contain the equivalent of 3 or 4 of the original books, which cost $20 each, give or take.

I would say that is very affordable and am glad that it is gonna be accessible to more people! No kidding about it being cheap though because if one were to buy all 14 of the books at once you would have to shell out around $280 give or take.

It's supposed to get here on Tuesday. Payday is Wednesday. I'll be able to get it and then order the next one the next day. That thought will keep me rooted on the ground for sure.

Very well put together books, the colours look great, and there's lots of cool bonus art. I recommend getting them.

Good news, though. He confirmed that he does still intend to come back in the Omnibus so yay for that.

I think that we all knew that Rick was going to come back. We just also have to be really patient with that and make sure the forum doesn't die.

He also said that the mass transformation and magic(k) coming out into common knowledge was planned since year 4 so you can stop razzing on Marion about it.

Guess time will tell. The authors of Exterminatus now also claimed they would come back one day. And we haven't heard from them since 2016.

I'm among those people who think that ending was a cheap coup-out. So not to happy with it being "canon". But that's just me.

Rick made a point of confirming that the guy running the shady obedience school that hypnotized Sasha was Joel's old partner so I'm guessing the plan is to have him return later as kind of a "dark" version of King. Rick BETTER come back because I wanna see that.

Happy for the sunshine but wish it would be as nice as it was in North Carolina when I was there. It was SO cold when I got in last night.
