Gotta love Jessica for being her snarky self.
Great job, Sirod and Karishad.

Karishad’s a force of chaos,
not the source here, Jess.
He knew you would ask;
that's foresight to impress.
He’s acting all too innocent,
a tactic that’s almost odd.
She gets him with a zinger
brought up by our Sirod.
She’s the smarter of the pair;
whichever pair she’s in.
When it comes to the wits
it’s always Jess for the win.

“I asked a stork and he said he thought they came from eggs.”
Douglas isn't my real name, but because of a name block put on me by a higher-order being known as Djinni, I can't say my real name.

essica looks really spunky in this strip, more so than usual.

It looks like she was going to ask about whether they were his kits, but Karishad answered before she could finish the question.

Actually, Welsh, I believe you're right. Opossum and possum are used interchangeably according to regions, but they are actually two somewhat different critters. Jessica, I believe, is an actual Opossum, but I'm eager to be corrected.

Oh, it's really weird see Karishad in serious difficult being framed by Jessica...
Possum beats fox.
She's at another level, it's very hard face and defeat her.
Anyway, would be too cool think that they're really Karishad's wife and sons.
Nice comic and cool drawing style, Sirod and Karishad.

Indeed, there are no possums in the Americas, and no opossums in Australasia.
Possums are the clearly superior
siege weapons marsupial, though I have to admit the yapok is pretty nifty.

The poses in this are incredible. Especially the transition between the first and second panels; had me cracking up. XD

Actually, all the animals in her home (except Zach) are omnivores of various levels. In fact, in some places, foxes can live entirely on fruit in Autumn. Not that I'd recommend it year-round, of course.

Zach is still in the Arbelt household, notso?
Fruit, yes, but fruit is practically meat! Even obligate carnivores like cats (my cats anyway) will go for the sweet stuff if offered.
Cabbages are leafy greens. Not something that's going to tempt caniformia or didelphidae.

Mr Arbelt probably continues to claim Zach as a dependent on his Form 1040s (Federal Income Taxes).

Pretty sure pets don't count as dependents. Otherwise I'd be getting a lot more deductions.

Well, Babylon Gardens does seem to enjoy a lot of special benefits … although Cerberus did use the threat of an Internal Revenue Service audit to get the Miltons to pony up for the return trip from Australia. But, she's a Celestial and has cosmic powers.

He's not the dad but he knows more than he lets on...or not. Karishad is a being of pure, unfiltered chaos.
