Idea of drawing himself and puting together all drawings sounds really good. I think it could be a very good idea for group work for Housepets! Vanguard!

Weeell, technically, he never sang, he typed lyrics. It's just because the sound of the song is so closely associated in your mind with the lyrics that it's difficult for you to separate them. Like this:

That's true. To be fair, it was the lyrics earned the song its ridicule. The singing isn't good, but it's unique, and certainly not the worst ever heard. It's mostly the inanity of lyrics that makes it funny. No matter how good the music was, "Yesterday was Thursday, Today is Friday" would still sound stupid.
