Cast Off Characters - Who will not return in the New Housepets?
Re: Cast Off Characters - Who will not return in the New Housepets?
Well, he has a number of favorite characters there - Bruce and Roosevelt Kangaroos, Sophie the camel Shadrul the Tiger, the otter brothers, Cathy from the Reptile House and so on - and they might fit into some future narratives.
Who knows? - maybe Thomas got changed back to human and is on the loose.

Somehow I don't think that Thomas will ever be changed back if we do see him again because of how he tried to swindle the Milton ferrets out of their deserved inheritance as this is his punishment. Though I still wonder about Celia and what would happen if we see her again because she seemed to get away scot-free for her role in trying to take the Milton ferret's money.

I can't really see an encore for Thomas and Cecelia. In fact, although he had a lot of fun with the "Fabulous Ferret Brothers (and Sisters)", Rick will cut all of them adrft for Keene and Breel. (I don't see a return for Nega-breel and Jeeves, either, especially if Rick wants to get out of the multi-dimensional escapades and cosmic galavations of his last sagas.) Maybe Duxchess would give Jeeves a job.
Wonder how many variations of Housepets! - Married with Children we're going to have - King and Bailey, Peanut and Tarot, and who else will add blessed events?

In the case of Peanut and Tarot I honestly don't really see them getting married so it wouldn't be a situation like Married with Children though I do understand what you are wondering when you say it. I don't think we will have many more pets becoming parents after Peanut and Tarot's puppies are born for the near future and Rick will just focus on that family unit.

Rook, Ace, and Olive ... three more promising child stars aging out into obscurity as a new generation of bratling toddles forward. Tarot's approach and attitudes towards motherhood like won't mirror Bailey's.

I have no doubt that Tarot will be a good mother but yeah her pups and Bailey's are NOT going to have the same experiences throughout their childhood. I honestly cannot IMAGINE Tarot doing some of the things that Bailey did as a mother.

Maybe Sabrina will pitch in.

I can easily see Sabrina becoming the cool aunt to the pups and maybe fighting with Grape over the role as they both want them to like each of them better. Meanwhile Peanut drives himself into a nervous breakdown because he somehow forgot how many children he and Tarot have.

Maybe King will drop by and they'll play a few rounds of "dueling neuroses" and "house-husband hang-ups."

While I am sure with time and some help from Tarot and Grape and him being more confident with his pups will help Peanut to stop freaking out about losing them I don't think anything will stop King from being paranoid about EVERYTHING. If he is worried about something and he already has it in his mind, it will stay and get bigger until he has a full-on nervous breakdown.
