Re: The voices of Housepets!
Because of the numerous parallels between the stories and impact of both King Milton's story and Tommy Oliver's story, I couldn't unhear Jason David Frank's voice coming out of Joel's/King's mouth whenever they speak so it's rather fitting that both King and Bailey Milton are voiced by Jason Frank and Catherine Sutherland respectively, if nothing else but to parallel the relationship that is considered canon in the official Power Rangers series. (In spite of Soundalikes doing ghostwriting type performances to the one who are deceased in some way for no other reason than to keep the performances of those who died in a respectful way to keep their legacies alive.)
In fact, consider those who are in both Tokusatsu, Anime, Video Games and the likes of those being as the sort of reunion type of a party that would consider them the life of such there of. Provided that those who were disgraced at one point (Such as Samuel Benta who stole from charity) get gatekept out unless they're serious about atoning for all the sins they committed where only a single second chance would be granted in that regard being the once and once only, Unless they prove to be irredeemable to the point where murderers and other sorts of major disgraces that would ruin everything. (And no, Blake Foster is not a disgraced ranger in spite of his wrongdoing being akin to a schoolyard bully of sorts since I think he knows not to do any sort of crime that would ruin his career.)
But of course, there's the TV Tropes section regarding the likes of "dream fan casting" as those who work in Video Games, Anime, Live Action Tokustasu with other names that are rather fitting for such fan casting performances that are even daydreamed with even the actors reprising their previous roles in addition to other roles that they can perform in a pinch. But again, the actors of both Tommy and Kat Oliver would be perfect as King and Bailey Milton since those would remain a consistent choice of performances that I can't unhear in my head and all regarding the corgi and husky.

When I read the comic in my head usually I just use whatever voice I think will suit the character in that moment and stick with it. Most of the time I don't know where the voices come from or whose they are and I don't really think about it much.

Re: The voices of Housepets!
I could never imagine hearing Pete as Bugs Bunny. While Bugs has always been a prankster who goes after people who come for him first, Pete pretty much is just a nasty gleeful jerk who took delight in making King miserable.

Yeah, Pete's more of a Daffy Duck. Mel voiced all the loony tunes in the beginning, from Witch Hazel all the way down to Tweety Bird.

I don't feel that Pete would sound like Daffy either I have to admit though that is my opinion. Daffy may be annoying and antagonistic at times but I also can't imagine him making someone else miserable just because. Usually like with Bugs, they do something first. Besides, I always thought for some reason Pete had a deep voice.

Actually, shouldn't King have the voice of Joel Hodgeson?

Re: The voices of Housepets!
I do think that would be funny because King's human name is the name of the character who is forced to watch movies in Mystery Science Theater 3000 and I am sure it has been pointed out that King's first name as a human was the same name as the character played by Joel Hodgson. I have never seen the show but I have a feeling that he would be able to convey King's snark and apathy towards situations perfectly.

Gilbert Gottfried to voice Bino.

I just don't see Gilbert Gottfried as any of the characters in the comic to be honest but that is just my opinion. I feel more crude and unapologetic characters who are sarcastic and grating would be what characters he would have played and I don't see that for Bino who would probably sound like an actor who voices wannabe characters.
