It's just valentine pages but I choose to believe it is a sign that the comic will soon resume because I like being disappointed apparently.

At least it means that Rick isn't letting the fans of the comic down and is still giving them content other than the omnibus which will go out soon. So you can't say that he has completely wrote off the comic and will still be doing small stuff with it.
