Sorrow: Heatstroke sickness in addition to a malfunctioning car got me stranded at home. All I did was go to the chemical shrink today and get that car over to the dealership because of the proprietary computer wound up killing the car since yesterday. As the software wound up causing problems for the locksmiths and later on, the family as a whole.

Fury: I really wish we didn't have to live through a major historical horror but another attempt at Trump's life have been made.

I don't know how they tried to take his life this time but I am as livid as everyone else who actually gave a [FORBIDDEN] and my principles still stand that we don't need another assassinated president regardless of any party.

...I need to blow some steam off as I'm just filled with... Rage.

Yeah, happy motoring, chum! Enjoy - and be safe.
As my old High School driving teacher, Mr. Day, used to say "Always remind yourself, 10% of all the drivers on the road at any given time are drugged, drunk, or deranged." ... and now lots of the have guns, too.

Good going! Keep it up!

Anxiety: Feel like I keep insulting some of the moderators by using their characters. I'll have to make my own original equivalents which would be my own so I don't insult those who are far more creative than I.

I'll see what I can on that front, don't worry.

Appears my current toothache arises from a rather deeply located abscess. Complications? Guess these things go with the exalted age of 78.

Frustration: just slammed face-first into a creative wall and crashed all three of my fics in progress. Gonna try doing some reading instead for a day or two to recharge my creative battery.

Consider yourself lucky. I have so much source material flooding in that I don't know if I'd get around to showing as much as I can.

At least I decided to push "Chaos Fighters" back to coincide with the 55th season of Super Sentai instead of the intial plan of the 50th anniversary series.

If my math checks out, Gokaiger would be celebrating it's 20th anniversary. As for year after that, the 40th anniversary year of Power Rangers? Well... let's just say that 2033 the final curtain call of the world. Rather fitting since it's the supposed final seasons before cancellation where Power Rangers pulls out all the stops, making them best seasons of the franchise and all that.

The world bows out in 2033? Hmmm, I'd be 87 ... yeah, I could stick around for that, assuming the price of a 16oz coffee stays reasonable.

Gratification: Completed the Super Monkey Ball 1 Advanced course without the help feature in Super Monkey Ball Banana Mania. But if I want to be worthy of the Expert course in SMB1 and SMB2, I have to complete the Advanced Course in SMB2 in it's entirety and that includes the levels you can access by not activating the helper feature.

Woe: Having some complicated problems with my body regarding a burning sensation regarding something I can't mention. (Nothing that a bath and some cream can't fix.)

Enjoyment: The show that I am watching (RuPaul's Drag Race: Global All-Stars) is a complete train wreck according to people online and they are outraged and slamming it viciously and I for some reason am enjoying the discourse.

Grief: Super Monkey Ball Banana Mania got screwed over with a update to the physics, and yet someone forgot to adjust the stages to not have a fall out occur when trying to solve the stage and wind up getting a fall out flying upward to land on a platform. (SMB2's Launcher Stage is what made me realized that someone screwed up.)

And this coming from a guy who pre-ordered the game, enjoyed it, got all the DLC and still fond of Sega. Yet I still think they screwed up in spite of their best intentions.

Sorrow: Lago's Ice Cream closed for the season Saturday. And my stupid flu shot still hurts. Or is it the Covid booster? What ever happened to administering a vacine on a sugar cube like we did for polio back in 1956?

Ol'friend of mine went in for bypass surgery this morning. Some thing I went through back in 1206 - went in for a triple but, since they had me scattered all over the room anyways, they threw in a fourth for free. Came out fine, slept hard, his missus made it through the wait and all went well for which God is to be greatly thanked (as He was in my case). Some three-day weekend.

And I suspect that God is a fan of the Housepets webcomic anyways, in spite of Rick's hang ups with him. And I would know since he is that of a enigma that is somewhat impossible to figure out.

Well, the media has been rivited on it for some time and then the turn to the damage and clean-up will follow. There's also the ominous sense that these "Super-Storms" will be more common and even more destructive.

Sorrow: The likes of the Internet Archive are under attack by some black hat losers who were hired by those who have something to hide in addition to those who doesn't want to have the past as competition or to be held accountable by said past.

Me? I'd rather have the past stick around and all because I don't care if I wind up getting taken down or anything of the sort. Just have to adapt to being a data hoarder and all at this point.

Kinda dreary day - watched the Patriots "improve" against Texas in a pretty snoozy football game. Medical appointments all week, too, so maybe I'll get something snicker-worthy there. Merry Monday, mates!
