Housecleaning adn other sundries ... the missus comes home from Wisconsin tonight (unless the air traffic system in the USA celebrates the fourth of July with a total collapse!).

Trying to get this massive headache that I have to subside because I hate it when these come on. So far I took 1600 milligrams of Ibuprofen and 100 milligrams of Tylenol spaced out over 6 hours.

Oof, I hate those. Make sure to drink lots of water to make sure it's not a dehydration headache.

It's a beautiful day to make some sun tea, so that's what I did. I like to keep some in the fridge as much as I can all summer. This time, I added a couple bags of spiced tea to the mix, as an experiment.

Went for day two of orientation at my new job, and now I'm gonna write the last 2-3 chapters of Scout. Very excited, been working up to the big finish for a couple chapters now. (don't worry if you've been reading along, there's still 10 chapters left that I haven't posted, you're not at the end of the story yet)

Recovering from having the missus, her sister, out neice and two female cousins in the house yesterday. They've dashed back up north but they'll be back tomorrow with our eldest daughters. The two dogs just loved all the fuss-over they got.

I usually only work 3 days a week but since I need three days off for a vacation I ended up getting some days that I asked off tacked on. I guess the bright side is that there is more money in my paycheck at the end of the month.
