Has Rick ever said what the town is named in which Babylon Gardens is located? I've not been able to find anything, so I've just been calling the town Babylon Hills.

Yes, you are correct. Once I had the town name, I could look it up in the wiki. The town's name is River Ridge, which we first find out in the Vacation at the Zoo arc.

Now I have to read through 17 chapters of super cringe fanfic and change every single reference of Babylon Hills to River Ridge MANUALLY because I can't find the function to search within the text. 65 pages. This could take a while.

Yeah it looks like Babylon Gardens is the name of the neighborhood and not the actual city name which I think Rick changed because I could have sworn it was the name of the city before it was changed into the neighborhood. I think before the arc where the name of the city was revealed it was called Babylon Gardens so from 2008 to 2011 it was probably just assumed that it was the city itself.
