Your pets in Housepets!

If your pets existed in the Housepets! universe how would they interact with the other characters?

My cat Ruby would just be very unsociable. She can only take so much attention before she gets annoyed and walks away. She is also very lazy. She just sits around in my room all day and only gets up for food. I'm actually surprised we haven't had a character like this so far.

My cat Jinx would be very skittish and jump at the slightest noise. Although, the people he's close with, he just wouldn't leave them alone and be overaffectionate. :B

My dog Locky would be such a Tomboy. She'd basically be the peppy character to annoy the tar out of Bino.

Well our bird would be evil and peck at everyone. Our Dogs would bark at anything that came in their yard, and my cats would sleep all day! XD

My dog would look like a black Tarot, and she would be really really hyper.

My dogs would act like a cranky old man and a hyperactive cross between Miles' cubs and Daisy.

Charlie would just play the custodian role over the youngsters, trying to keep them in place.
Cuba would be really way of other humans, generally lazy, but very playful with other pets.
Tail would be a hyperactive squirrel of a dog, always calling for attention and a manipulator to deceive humans.

Sunshine is too old to tolerate the playful nature of other pets. But she'd probably be motherly to other pets who weren't trying to play with her.

Max is the most dog-like cat I've ever had, and would end up playing with dogs more than cats because of his boundless energy.

Lucky would stay at home in her room all day, being too neurotic and crazy to go outside. Other animals would make fun of her, and even though she wouldn't hear any of it she'd be certain they were doing it.

Lloron is a big whiner, and despite being a huge cat would run away from any sort of confrontation. If anything goes slightly wrong he'd start crying at his owner to fix it. He's just a big baby.

Dani would be a loner, and get annoyed by others easy. In such situations she'd try to run away rather than resort to violence like other cats might.

My two dogs Percy and Penelope are just...typical dogs. They'd run around all day and would probably act a lot like Miles's cubs, if more talkative.

Jelani would be grumpy, Savanti would be over hyper actively cheerful but would listen to everyone and everything she is told

My cat Abby would be the overly annoying, cheerful girl. Sorta like a "Dumb Blonde" additute, shes happy but completely oblivious. Shes a barn cat

My other cat Meridian would be the old grump (16 in human years). He gets annoyed by other cats if exposed for too long, but he is capable of being nice. He actually stays suprisingly active..... sometimes. He meows too much and is obsessed with food.

My dog Maddock would be the classic "giant dope". He is extremely friendly but dumb as a stone.

If he'd be the same if he existed in the comic as he is IRL, he'd get someone to follow him, and then get that one to watch him eat.

Come to think of it, I'm not even sure what Yorkshire terriers would look like in the Housepets! world. Maybe Rick will draw one at some point as an extra.

My cats, Jamie and Hissy.
they are kittens and jamie is kinda calm and likes to sleep and eat, and Hissy is always hyper, you know.... like playing with anything that moves, and always jumping around. they are also very good predators. they can catch anything if it is smaller than them and alive.

they are both boys by the way.

Daisy would be a very social cat, but she would also be kinda bossy, violent, controlling and irritable. She would also have an ego that's bigger than her fur.

Shadow would be a very nice guy who is really really shy. He would also be very needy and would follow people around like a little kid. He's also a fatty kitty.

My pets?

Eh, Bella (black golden-doodle) would be much like the girl version of Peanut methinks; playful, hyper, and with the usual ADHD as seen in all puppies XD

Scruffy (gray tabby) would probably get on well with Max, since he's a snarky little puss >_> Very uppity and very arrogant. That is, until a bird or butterfly or something flies past the window/into the house. Then he loses his marbles and does something akin to a weasel war dance. I'll have to record it sometime...

And Kahlua (my GORGEOUS blue-eyed Husky) would be a bit more withdrawn. She used to be a really hyper piece of work - and still is to an extent - but ever since our first dog (Kokanee, a golden retriever/husky) died, she's been really depressed. Kahlua would probably get on well with King, since she's not an especially social dog. She can be real motherly to pups though ^_^

Well I used to have a dog, Shadow (Sheltie), and he was very nervous but loyal to the utmost degree. I had him since I was three and unfortunately he's "gone" now because of lymphatic cancer so... but yeah he would have been somewhat less energetic but very regal. That might be just the look of his face though inspiring that opinion.

Then I had a cat, KiKi (orange stray), and we rescued her from a bush in our back yard. She grew up with my dog and thought she was one in a way. She'd mimic him and they'd play. They'd lay together everywhere and she'd even chase cats out of the yard. I'd gotta give it to her, she's just like Grape to me. A tom-boy cat. In fact I get slight tinges of nostalgia reading the comic. Unfortunately she was hit by a car one night while chasing a cat out of the yard. I didn't know till the morning and it still is hard coming to terms with that, cause she was the best dog-cat I ever had.

After those unfortunate accidents I really felt lonely so I got another cat, Sam (Siamese), who was originally named Lily, but Rick is right about the gender confusion on their part. hahaha Well he's a weird cat. He's kind of annoying in the fact that he only likes me when he wants to and he sort of just has this stuck up attitude toward me. If there could be an abusive relationship with your cat, this would be it. I don't think he'd fit in so well in Housepets! He'd be the Bino of cats. haha

I still wish I had Kiki instead of Sam... she was better.
