Iiro woke up, streched a little and walked to the living room. He walked to a cold bag, took a sausage from it and ate it. Then he started to unbox his stuff. After he had unboxed and placed everything, he walked out to the patio. It was still semi dark. Iiro walked back in and carried one of his larger kanteles (with 38 strings) outside. He left it there, walked back inside and carried out a table which is designed for the kantele. Iiro lifted the kantele to the table and tested the tone of it. Then he started playing it, at the start very silent increasing the volume as the darkness went away. He stayed there playing some Kalevala and finlands national songs and singing along in Finnish.

Jack quickly found the park, and headed for the lake part. A large oak stood by the lake and soon found serenity around his surroundings and headed to the edge of the water. he swished the water with his paw. "Hmm, warm." Not before long he dived in and started floating in the water, looking up as the sun rised. In Russia, he barely was able to swim for long, so this was a nice change for him as he started practising.

Still engufled in 3 towels, Alex turns on the TV. There was nothing interesting on, but at the very least he could watch a boring political show. It was useful to know what's going on in your country. After a couple of boring minutes (seemed like hours to him) steps could be heard from above, and soon, Mai comes down, smiling at the new day.
Ah, Alex! You're awake!
Yeah, you could have seen that I'm not in the bed. - he says, while she walks to him and sits in the armchair by his side (it's made for a human, it's big enough).
But didn't you forbid me to even peek into your room?
Oh yeah... *shrugs*...
Aww, this is a boring show! Give me the remote, I wanna watch cartoons.
Normally, he'd protest, but this time, there was nothing to lose. Cartoons weren't more or less boring than politics, so the remote was soon in Mai's hands.
After some brother-sister talk (which includes an explanation of where the humans are), Mai stretches, and finally asks "So, what are we going to do until the audition?"
I'll stay home. You do whatever you want.
Her face was again covered with the silly, fake sad expression.
But it's boring whatever I do if I'm alone....
Why don't you go to your friend Balbaroy? I still can't believe that your friend is a stupid hole-digging, all-chewing, buttsniffing dog. *Laughs*
Like offended, Mai stood up and walked towards the door.
He is not! That's just a stereotype!
With it, she opened the door, stepped out and closed it with a loud "bang".
Alex just sat there, looking at the door for a couple of seconds, before he burst into laughter at her actions.

Mai walked towards Bal's house, still a bit angry for Alex calling him like that. She speeds up a little, in order to get rid of the anger. Once she got in front of Roy's house, she completely forgot about it. There was a large group of people, holding up some signs and shouting.
After a couple of minutes of staring at them, Mai tried to sneak in in Balb's backyard, hoping that the people, who seemed to be angry, won't see her. Luckily, they didn't. With a smile at her success, she hopped to the backdoor, and knocked three times.

Amelia looked into the fridge to see if she could make a quick snack, lets see... she rummaged around until she searched the whole fridge, Just my luck...nothing here... She closed the door the fridge and thought a moment, she didn't want to make anything too complex, that and she felt a little lazy that morning. ...I guess i'll go the wall, since I didn't get my hot chocolate yesterday, and then head over to Octavian's right after that... She ran upstairs to quickly grab the gift for Octavian, as soon as she was outside she walked causally to the wall.

The two continued down the street, heading for the western edge of the neighborhood. As the street ended, they came across a large field of grass. The river that ran through the park was visible, and the barn where O'Connor had met Djinn was just south. Scanning the horizon, O'Connor called up, "Dusn't luk lahke there's much ta du 'ere, eh, Toreh?" However, there was no reply. Glancing up, he slowly patted the top of his head. It was empty. Panicking, he looked down just in time to see the small bird dart into the tall grass. "Oi! mack truck bahk 'ere!" He followed the bird, pushing the grass aside in an attempt to locate the missing cardinal. "Ya blumin' scamp! Yu canno' 'uide furevere!" As they continued into the grass, the street became farther and farther away.

Cier woke up and got out of bed. Yawning, he decided to head to the Wall for breakfast. He picked up Del before heading out the door.

A short time later they arrived at the Wall.

Sean got up from the couch he had slept on the night before. he stretched, his stomach grumbling. Bending down, he retrieved a can of beef stew and a can opener from his bag. Considering them for a second, he turned and went into the kitchen, where he rumaged around in the drawers until he found a relatively rust-free spoon. returning to the couch, he sat. After opening the can, he began eating.

Balbaroy is busy chewing on some piece of plastic he found on the floor, not particularly tasty but good texture to chew on. He spits it out into a trash can and goes to the back door. Opening he smiles. "Hi Mai, good to see you again." He steps down the couple of steps on the porch, almost tripping and falling into the hole he dug. "See those people in front of The Wall? Crazy stuff. Wonder why they're there."

(Ironic, is it not?)

Lucky is busy flipping through channels, when he sees something interesting on the news, that looks like The Wall in the background. He turned up the volume so he could hear. "... apparently some controversy over a couple who moved in across the street from a local coffee shop called The Wall. We'll have the full story at 11." Reading a few of the signs Lucky curses inwardly to himself. "Oh that's just great. I never knew those kinds of people lived in Richardson Valley. I always thought they were open-minded here.

Yawning as he looked up to the sky, Djinn noticed it was still fairly early in the morning. He walks towards the house and slowly begins to make his way to the door. Okay, first things first, quietly see if there's anybody here. My luck can't be so bad this place is already populated. I mean who would want to live in an old run down house besides a stray? And what other strays in town were there besides me? Quietly and carefully he finds a hole in a wall sufficiently big enough for him to crawl through quietly. Surveying the room it looked like he was in a guest room of some kind.

Venison was curled up, holding his head, swearing to himself.

'OW! What the heck was that?!?! Felix perhaps?'

He opened his eyes and looked around in the small space where he had slept, behind the couch, next to the wall, locating the offensive weapon. A book?

He heard another loud crash and and a thud, as well as a certain raccoon who was quickly losing her temper. 'Magnus perhaps.' Venison gave a small grin before uncurling and jumping over the couch. 'I wonder what events today will bring? Hmm...I wonder where the kitchen is...'

"Hmm? Oh, morning Felix. Sleep well?"

Felix's ears swiveled to Venison, where they stayed. His eyes focused on the Coydog, and he gave a large, sleepy fake grin. "Why hello there! I slept fine last night, actually, thanks for asking. And you?" He tried not to put too much sarcasm in his voice, though he didn't try to hide his dislike as much as he would have if, say, O'Connor were around.

Pavelle looked over, frowning at Felix, who ignored her, before she turned to speak to Venison. "Sorry if Magnus managed to hit you with a book. This doesn't happen every morning..." Who am I kidding? "Anyways, if you're hungry --" At that moment, both Magnus's and Felix's stomachs growled. Pavelle rolled her eyes skyward, then continued, "we could either eat here or maybe go to the Wall. It's early enough that there might not be a ton of pets out already. Though you never know."

Sekhmet yawned as she trudged trough the forest. "at least it won't be much further..." she grumbled swatting away a horse fly. there was a small mound with a bridge leading over the river she stumbled up to hill tripping on a rock. when she reached the top (it wasn't that high anyway) she saw a dirt path leading in both directions. she wasn't sure if she should follow the path or the river, the path might be shorter but also give up her chance of seeing whats going on without being spotted. while the river would probably take longer and more effort, she (hopefully) wouldn't be noticed right away. she sat on the path for a few seconds thinking and then decided to continue to follow the river that flowed down from the mountains. she hopped off the path down the hill. she kept walking until she came to a Y shape in the river and sat down on a rather large rock right in the middle where the two rivers collide. "this place is beautiful... i would hate it if they put down lots and houses here..." at this point in the river she wasn't in the forest any more, but she was in this rather large field that surrounded her. Sekhmet just lied down and stared at the sunny-blue sky, with white puffs of cloud slowly drifting across it. "i wish we never left..." she mumbled with a frown. "it's hard not to be happy here" and with a huge yawn she drifted off into a nap in the sun.

Octavian walked by the protest and apparently gave it no attention don't give them what they want Octavian, and they want attention... he thought as he looked both ways to cross the street. Only way to get rid of em' is to ignore em' he jogged across the road and causally walked in the coffee shop. he bought a blue-berry biscuit thing at the counter and then walked into the most secluded corner he could find. if you give them attention it will only be like feeding the beast he thought as he bit into the biscuit. fortunately he didn't forget his book this time, so he pulled out "the hitch hikers guide to the galaxy" and started reading.

Amelia walking towards the wall noticing a group in the distance, curious she kept her eyes on them until she was sight. Amelia heard lots shouting and people waving their signs in a swaying motion as if that was going to make their point, Why don't they do something useful, like donating to charity or just shut up and leave people alone and stop wasting their time. Amelia walked into the wall, she could still hear the protesters outside and chuckled, I wonder if it's either good or bad business... Amelia pushed the thought out of her head, What do I care? I'm just here to eat. She proceeded to the front counter and ordered a hot chocolate and a roast beef sandwich with cheese, after she paid she picked a table near the door and started taking a few bites, hearing the protest outside she laughed again.

Another big, stupid smile followed after the question. She forgot that Alex is always acting weird for some reason when Balbaroy is around. Well, whatever. She forgot it in a couple of seconds.

Alex rolled here and there on the couch, thinking about how the day might go, and when Gary will wake up.
It would be awesome if Amelia would show up now... - whispers to himself. But that wasn't probably going to happen. After some minutes of lying on the couch, he got up and went upstairs to his room, only to see Gary still sleeping. Great. That automatically canceled any loud fun activities, like guitar. Whatever. The Nintendo DS wasn't that loud, and it can be played downstairs, so it probably won't wake him up. Soon enough, Alex was in the armchair again, playing Chrono Trigger. Much better than just lying down.

As Cier and Del approached the Wall they noticed the protesters.
"What's this?"
"Looks like they're protesting something." They got close enough to read some of the signs. Del facepawed. "...Idiots." "Just ignore them." They walked into the shop and up to the counter where Cier ordered his usual coffee and a large blueberry muffin. Looking around the room, he saw Octavian in the corner but he looked like he didn't want any company at the moment so he decided to find an empty table. he sat and allowed Del to get down.

Sean finished eating and threw the can carelessly in the corner. Stretching again, he decided to explore the old house. He walked up to a door and opened it, revealing some kind of guest room.

Jack had soon finished unpack with the help of the movers and his dad. So at the end his dad gav him some notes, american ones of course. "It will be long time before we eat at home, but there is cafe nearby. Get yourself breakfast, and you could meet some people there." Jack nodded and headed of while his dad finished up before he went for his.

Jack soon noticed as he walked down to The Wall he saw all the protester shouting about something but it wasn't clear what they were yelling about and the signs, well.

Jack shrugged the thought off, these things don't last long. He entered the cafe, and noticed four other pets there too. Surveying them timidly a fox which seemed distressed, a pooch with a friend, and Amelia. He looked back to the counter and stepped up to it, ordering a coffee and a ham and cheese crossaunt. As he paid he decided to brake the ice a little bit by turning to amelia, gestured toward the crowd and said. "Makes me wish I could read." He chuckled nervously *Smooth Jack, real smooth.*

He was engrossed in his book when he yawned and looked up. he almost gasped with surprise when he saw Amelia sitting by the window. Aw... crap... i should have thought she would come here... he thought and attempted to switch sides and then slide a bit further down the seat so he wouldn't be seen. but unfortunately his ears where still poking out over the seat.
okay.. calm down... this isn't the freakin' meat shack... she wouldn't... couldn't beat you up again in the cafe.. he took a deep breath and returned to his original position on the other side of the table and pretended to read his book while really keeping a eye out for anyone (mainly Amelia) approaching.

Slowly standing up Djinn looks around a little bit, standing up from the crawling position and wiping some dust off his front. He slowly walks towards the door to the room. Okay, I'm in, now I just gotta remain quite in case there's somebody... Suddenly there was a loud clattering, sounded like metal hitting the floor, and then foot steps. S**, not alone. Gotta hide. Quickly and quietly, Djinn gracefully slips underneath the queen sized bed laying flat on his stomach so that in the dark under the bed he is perfectly invisible.

Sean walked into the room. there was little to see on the walls save for some peeling wallpaper and a large hole in the wall near the bed. He walked over to bureau over in the corner and rifled through the drawers but found little except for some moth-eaten clothing. He made his way around the room until he came to a closet set in the wall.Opening the door, he saw that it was empty asde from a small cardvoard box on the floor. Picking it up, he walked over to the bed and sat down. He opened it and took out the first object which appeared to be a journal of some kind. He oppened it and tried reading some, but the writting was nearly illegible so he tossed it aside and began going through the boxes other contents.

And money is not something easy for me to come by. On the other hand, I'd feel bad raiding your food, especially with the amounts Magnus must consume...Hmm...what do you think Rav is having for breakfast? Besides, I've yet to say hello to Sara..."

Slowly shuffling out from under the bed, almost perfectly silent, Djinn notices the dog and makes his way to the door. He even makes it out and keeps looking back to make sure he isn't being followed. As he takes a step backwards he happens to step on the can that was left on the floor by Sean. Unable to catch himself he slips across the floor and slides head first into the couch, the sudden movement causing a spring to erupt from the cushions. He falls to the floor out cold.

Iiro stopped his playing and carried the kantele and the table back inside. I could go to that coffeeshop for breakfast. Now what was it? The Wall? Iiro thought as he took some money from his wallet and put the money to his vest pocket. He walked outside and locked the doors. Then he walked to the Wall and saw the protesters "Oh, yay..." Iiro muttered as he saw one of the signs. He walked into the wall, ordered a ham sandwich and water and walked to the empty table in the corner.

Matthew woke up and rolled over in his bed. He sat there for a few minutes, motionless, trying to go back to sleep, but to no avail. He hopped off of his bed and went downstairs, hoping to find Rachel. She wasn't there. Huh, she must still be sleeping, he thought. He went to the kitchen to fix something to eat. It would be such a pleasant surprise for Rachel to wake up to the pleasant aroma of her favorite breakfast!

He checked the clock- it was a few minutes until 9. His parents would be at work; there would be no need to make anything for them. He extracted the necessary ingredients from the fridge and began to chop ham, bacon, green onions, and peppers with his practiced fingers.~

Rachel awoke, sitting up on her bed. She yawned and stretched. She had not slept this well in weeks. And on top of that, she had not dreamed last night. It seemed that the nightmare no longer wished to haunt her.

Rachel smiled. She had only been awake for a few seconds and things were already going her way. Today is going to be a great day, she thought, skipping out of her room. It was then that she was bombarded with the scents of cooking omelets. She smiled again. She entered the kitchen to the sight of Matthew working at a frying pan. With a quick motion, he flicked his wrist upward, and the omelets flew a few inches in the air, flipping over. He caught them back in the frying pan and set it back on the stove. No one was even watching, as far as he knew, and he was still showing off. "Good morning," Rachel said to him.~

Matthew jumped. He didn't notice Rachel enter the room- he was too engrossed with the task at hand. It was a good thing she had not said anything a few seconds earlier; he probably would have messed up the flip if she had surprised him like that. "Good morning," he replied, still a bit shaken from the surprise, "I'm making us breakfast. It should be ready in a few minutes."

"Thanks," she said to him, surveying the rest of the kitchen. Her smile widened when she saw that he had used the ingredients for making her favorite omelet. He was so thoughtful.

A few minutes later, they were sitting at the kitchen table with newly-cleaned plates in front of them. "That was fantastic," Rachel said leaning back in her chair, with one paw on her stomach, "thank you for that." After a moment of silence, she tried to start up another conversation. "So do you want to get out some before the band audition? You know, just walk around town a bit, maybe explore the forest some..."

"Sure," Matthew responded, "It's not like I have anything else to do." He collected their dishes and put them in the sink. With that, the two headed out the front door ((OOC: Headed towards the park)).

Quickly, O'Connor had lost Tory. Frantically searching through the grass, he called out, "Toreh! Toreh!" But the little bird wasn't answering. As he got farther into the field, he began to panic. With Tory's wing being broken, he couldn't escape from any hungry predators hiding, like snakes. This thought only caused O'Connor to worry more. Looking up, he saw a cat sitting on a rock by the fork in the river. He began sprinting in that direction. Maybeh they can heilp. As he got to the rock, he tried to grab ahold of his emotions and asked as calmly as his nerves would allow him, "'Scuse meh, wuld ye muind helpin' meh? Ah've go' a friend who's go'en lost en the grass, ahnd Ah cannaw' fuind 'im."

Felix said nothing, scowling openly. Pavelle looked interested, but shrugged it off, and instead asked Venison, "Does that mean you no longer "borrow" food from the houses around here? And if not, is it because you have no need, or maybe because you've become too attached to steal from this neighborhood?" She grinned.

Magnus was still looking around at the books all over the place, but was practically bouncing in place in excitement. Suddenly, he couldn't contain himself any longer and crowed, "Music aud-i-tions! Woo!" at the top of his lungs, which was very loud, startling Felix, who nearly jumped out of his chair, sitting on the very edge with a comically startled expression on his face.

Sekhmet unfortunately didn't see the Terrier running towards her. so when the dog spoke she jumped a little and purposely fell off the rock and onto the other side making sure the terrier couldn't see her. Crap i should be more aware, Jesus the town is just right over there!... she rubbed her neck, this was going to be trouble. she looked around for a escape route, the only thing she saw was... the river... aw crraaappp.... the water is freakin' cold! she thought lets just see if i can bluff my way out before resoting to that she poked out her head out from behind the rock making sure her neck wasn't in sight. "Oh, sorry! i was just taking a nap out here and didn't expect any one" she played he role convincingly time to use my acting skills i learned from the pack she thought. "So who are you looking for? i don't think a normal dog could get lost in this long grass" she giggled. "what's his name? age? height maybe?"

Yea, sure. I already saw some posters in the town from the taxi. I guess it's nothin' new.
"Okay then. I've put them in the living room. I have to go to work now. You should rest a little now. There's some pizza in the oven and milk in the fridge. See ya"
With that, Dad left the house, leaving Jazz alone. He decided to take a nap on the couch, but after a while, he figured that he can't fall asleep. The weather outside was nice, so it would be relaxing to play some basketball. There was a basketball hoop in front of the house. He went outside, and began shooting, figuring he'll put the posters later.

Nodding, Balbaroy steps down with Mai. "Okay, let's go." As he starts to walk down the street he looks at the protesters a little bit before continuing on down this side of the street. Unfortunately one of the protesters follows them down and eventually crosses the street.
"Hey! Dog!" Balbaroy keeps walking ignoring him. "Your owners are..." he starts to go on with several insults and threats, towards his dad and uncle. This is obviously getting on Bal's nerves as he turns his lips up in a very light growl, but still trying to ignore him. "Just keep walking Bal, it's just talk."
"Dog! Your ownerss are going to h***!" With that Balbaroy snaps, with a few barks he turns around and leaps at the man, biting him in the leg snarling, which causes the man to run screaming. After a few moments he calms down and realizes what he did. Feeling light headed he stumbles a little and falls to his knees. "Oh my god. I'm a bad dog." In his eyes, it looks like he's about to cry.

After a while Jazz noticed that he was playing basketball for too long. So he decided to go to the town to put the posters. On the way to the town Jazz was thinking.
Hmm...I should hurry so I will have time to meet new people. It would be too boring just playing basketball alone.
After he has put around 20 posters he decided to do some sightseeing. Walking on the streets Jazz saw a cafe so he decided to enter and see who can he find.

At the first look, it seemed like Mai managed to calm Balbaroy down, but at the next.... it happened! Balbaroy has bit a man!

She never saw Balbaroy like this. He was usually happy-go-lucky and funny. Of course, Mai understood that he got angry, but... it just wasn't him. She tried her best to convince him that it's not his fault, while wondering just why the man was insulting Balbaroy's parents. Mai could overhear words like "fags" in the bunch of the man's insulting, but what are fags? What was he talking about? Whatever.

Alex' stomach growled. It was time for breakfast. Mom said she left some food in the oven, so he checked it out. It was chicken with potatoes. Not Alex' favorite, but whatever. Food was food. He started eating, wondering when Gary will wake up....

"Which one?" Oh, well, I'm from Siberia. Russia that is. He said with pride. Though when papa heard of town he leaped for opportunity. Pity they had me ride in pet carrier... He said rubbing his back a bit. Then he heard taunts and growls, looking and balbory with pity. Poor kid.

Amelia raised one eyebrow, In a pet carrier the whole way from Russia? Wow, that must have been boring. She relaxed down in her seat, "Poor kid." She turned her head outside the window watching Balbaroy outside, Seems to having a rough time...poor dog.

Painful, too. Jack stood outside the cafe and looked about soon noticing a rather large tree, but what caught his eye was the cocoon like object; a bee hive. A grin krept onto his face. He turns to Amelia Say Amelia, how'd you like to help your friend with some riot control, after breakfast, of course?

"Hope you don't mind?" Amelia smiled, I don't. She took a sip of her hot chocolate, she was surprised at how strong it was, Wow, have you tried any of the hot chocolate? Its very good.
