Welcome to the forum DWYH! I hope you are enjoying yourself. I would have greeted you earlier but we were moving and I took the week off of the site in order to try to familiarize myself with our new house.

Its hard to get used to but that probably is because its only been a week and we have a lot of issues that we need to fix (including a bifold door that is for my bedroom closet which is broken. >_>)

Well, if it has trouble opening, put all the clothes you don't like behind it. That way you can give preference to the stuff you do like and have an excuse(!)

So are we finally gonna see some new people register to the forum even if they don't post? We haven't really seen anybody in 2 months according to the posts in this topic.
Re: The Welcome Thread!
I hope so, Dayzee, there's been nobody new for a month now...
You're a wonderful person! You can do this! Yes, you, person reading this!
Re: The Welcome Thread!
Hello all on the Housepets Forum,
I'm Daunted Deer and I've just recently joined the forum (Thanks Hlaoroo for sorting my registration). I thought I'd best introduce myself. I first discovered the comic a few months ago and got into it very quickly, read through the whole thing over the following weeks and am now up to speed. I really like the range of characters and the different story arcs, different to other web-comics I have come across. I love Ricks Style of drawing as well, a great balance between detail and efficiency I think.
Anyway, a little about me, I read voraciously (running out of book shelves) both fiction, non-fiction (and comics or visual novels if you prefer that term) and manga. I can illustrate to a limited degree but enjoy having a go at it for fun. I like music and can play a few instruments. I tend to worry and over-think things. I am now officially pretty middle aged .
Anyway, think that suffices for now, look forward to being a part of the Forum,
DD

Re: The Welcome Thread!
Allow me to make you feel unwelcome! Have a seat... not there, this chair is far more comfy. Have a pillow. Would you like a drink? I have excellent hot chocolate...
oh, wait, I meant welcome! Sorry for any confusion....

I meant in my post to say "around" but I don't know why I put "are" in there. That was my error.
