Title Text: inconsistencies in a science fiction movie? surely you jest
I mean, if you're committing one sin against God, what's one more, am I right?

Worst crime - Max is not stuttering. x3
Best crime - Grape talking about DNA and acts against nature. <3

Either Sabrina is well-learned or well-lived.
Maybe Grape took the time to figure out a cool obsolete form of media, or the Sandwiches choice of media skipped a generation.

Sab warns us that the plot has gaps
as Grapemond recreates the traps
and, to make things really trippy,
here’s the DNA form of clippy!
Grape acts in a class all her own;
when playing the lady’s in the zone.
How far ahead did the guys plan?
Is the end scene safe in the can?
Max brings things right back up to date
by talking of the feathered state
of dinos both small and great.
What would they look like? Imaginate!
Commander Hawle.

No need for the bit to get old after the park's been running for twenty years. That's what interns in costumes are for!

Nice Clippit (Yeah, apparently it was called Clippit and not Clippy) reference! And something I'm just now noticing: The paper hats kind of make the characters, especially Grape, look like Dr. Seuss characters in a way.

Grape better be careful with her shushing people who are asking the important questions about some of her actions. Shushing can only go so far until somebody decides to shout the question in her face. Though if that happens she can do what she is best at and that is applying pressure but to someone’s face with her fist. XD

The character played by Sabrina isn't so wrong, because LaserDisc was already pretty old for that time, but maybe it had an higher quality than VHS.
The first DNA option sounds the most appropriate for the purpose, go for it.
I agree also with the character played by Maxwell, but what really matters here is to listen and stay quiet without ask questions...

In the movie, he was a one time cartoon as part of a tour of the lab facilities. I suspect this is the only time we see him in the strip.

I love this strip. Grape talking to her reflection, the clippy reference, I just love it! This is my new favorite strip! Also, I'm with Sabrina: How does Grape not know what a VHS is?

Well, he DID make a cameo in Jurassic World, but I doubt "Let's Imaginate Jurassic World" will be a thing anytime soon.
My name is Firework Fox.

You have to admit that it might be in a few years if the comic is still around at that point.

The movie's starting on LaserDisc,
They're all taking lots of risk
All reaching for a crazy
Goal. Will they reach it? Maybe.
Science, evil, blur the lines
Try to avoid getting snared in the tines
Of a dino's maw,
So yeah, just don't break the law.
You're a wonderful person! You can do this! Yes, you, person reading this!

Clippy, you've changed your hair!
...or is something else?
Hey, paperclips
are helixes too, aren't they?
But now Clippy is helixes two.

I'm not sure what they are but I do actually remember Clippy 10 years ago in my high school business technology class where we were using an older Microsoft Program and he tended to pop up. When I was bored and had some down time I ended up screwing around with him and trying to make him do little antics. LOL
