Title Text: I got it I got it I got it! --Karishad, with giant baseball glove
My least favorite ferret is finally growing up.

Have you ever watched Digimon? You don’t actually wear the goggles over your eyes.Champion Wallace wrote:In a way, Joey did ask for it. Joey is the only character with goggles and he doesn't even have them over his eyes.
If I had that kind of money and water I would probably become a super villain and use it for something way more dangerous than a weaponized ship.leinglo wrote:"For the sake of the normals?" Come on, let's all be perfectly honest. Provided the money and the water, wouldn't everybody want a cannon equipped pirate ship?

NHWestoN wrote:... and now Simon gets torpedoed by Pit's submarine. It's the Battle of Jutland in a spa the size of Denmark!
Exactly. Joey is one of the Nerdogs after all.fenrirblack wrote: Have you ever watched Digimon? You don’t actually wear the goggles over your eyes.![]()
When the inside of the place works on tardis rules, are we certain the place can be destroyed?fenrirblack wrote:Sometimes being right sucks.
So instead of just retiring the spa they’re going to destroy it.......I approve this plan.![]()
Simon making a comeback. I’m starting to see why he gets forcibly ejected from places.
Could any of the characters in Housepets! be qualified as “normal”?CunningFox wrote:I'm not sure Joey could ever be defined as "normal".

Also Rick lists Daisy as "The dumber dog" so yeah.... Also the fact that she "hides" her normalcy contradicts the very notion that she is normal. I think the only characters who are "normal" are the humans and Miles.NHWestoN wrote:In listing the characters in his Book One ("Naked All the Time"), Rick does refer to Joey as "The Weird One."
Remember, the first plot of the spa was people trying to arrest Keene and not succeeding. Additionally, in Jungle Fever we see the Miltons have a judge in their pocket. Even if his actions are criminal, I think he'll be able to ferret his way out of repercussions.John-056 wrote:Even putting cartoon Logic in This, I can't help but cringe at the fact that Simon thought it was hilarious to shoot a Civilian with an Iron Cannonball for the sake of a Laugh.
And yes, I said Iron. Lead doesn't do that much damage to a Steel and Polymer Diving board.
So hopefully, Keene doesn't just Tell Simon to calm down. And I agree with the One who said, "So that is Why Simon keeps getting banned from places." If he keeps acting the way he does, he is going to actually get Sued or arrested for borderline Criminal actions.
You're right. We couldn't see the ship in the first two panels, but it was directly in Joey's line of sight. Then again, maybe Joey thought it was a fake because he doubted Simon was crazy enough to play with a real cannon.Keldor wrote:Not to excuse Simon from his recklessess, but really, Joey. When you stood on a plank right in front of a pirate ship with a cannon and a ferret and yelled "cannonball", just what did you expect would happen?
