Even Lunch-- I mean Zach is irritated.

Yes OF COURSE that's the same rabbit that they know from the neighborhood back home, that's clearly the first thing they should considerfenrirblack wrote:Wait a minute. How do they not know him? They’ve lived in the same neighborhood for years. Rockstar kiddnapped him that one time. They were in the Christmas play together. They’re on the cover of the second book together.
This is very true. Also I have to agree with fenrirblack here, how do they not know that is Zach?CHAOKOCartoons wrote:A reminder that this world is actually kinda messed up if you think about it too hard.![]()
Zach has been several colors over the years, but in his latest appearance he was actually gray.Xane wrote:"Are rabbits supposed to be lavender?"

Yup, and I'm sure people have been weirded out by this fact since Grape ate Faust.rickgriffin wrote:So many people getting upset about this when I literally put this very joke on the cover of book 2

"All rabbits look alike." (or more accurately "All <insert prey species> look alike.")IceKitsune wrote:Also I have to agree with fenrirblack here, how do they not know that is Zach?
Alas, Rick has made an interesting story line with many possible turns and outcomes. Whoever shall save us from this torment?fenrirblack wrote:Oh and thanks a lot. You didn’t throw a curveball. You threw a grenade. Now there are so many possible scenarios of where this plot is going now it’s impossible to figure it out. I can’t decide where it’s going next or how this affects the story long term or even if this is an important plot point at all.

That’s the problem. Who cares if someone gets eaten? That’s not important right now. What is important is whether the cult is going to play a role in this story and if they do then that changes literally everything. If they don’t then I’m freaking out for nothing and can go back to reading my book. But we don’t know. Safe money is that this is just a gag but until we conformation then everything is up in the air.D-Rock wrote:I mean, did the different skulls at the entrance to Gale's den not prove how the world still works?
Anyway, Zach might be a player in this, or he might not. Characters have had minor or gag roles in big arcs before. Zach had the K9 arc, remember?
That's a funny thing to call Jessica.fenrirblack wrote:Oh and thanks a lot. You didn’t throw a curveball. You threw a grenade.
Jess may be rude and all, but she could not escape from Natalie back then. I don't think she is match for wolves P=Welsh Halfwit wrote:That's a funny thing to call Jessica.

It caught her by surprise.fenrirblack wrote:People have a lot of confidence in this...
What lesson would that be? Go hungry; get a new digestive system that can digest non-meat; eat a young one off to the side just don't harm her boyfriend. I'm changing my prediction to Gale snatches the cubs before they can really sink their teeth into anyRalph wrote:I'm hoping that Jessica will appear and teach the cubs a lesson.

It's gotta make hunting difficult when you personally know half the prey animals in the immediate area.CHAOKOCartoons wrote:A reminder that this world is actually kinda messed up if you think about it too hard.![]()

And Tum. Don't forget lovable Tum.Argent wrote:If they're that close to Babylon Gardens, what are the odds we get a couple of precocious fox cubs involved?

That is where this story is most likely going. Even if the cubs don't recognize (or care about) Zach. He will at least call them out on it. Then the rest of the cult will most likely stand up for him which will deter the cubs. Whether or not Gale is going to play a role in this is still unknown. I can see her showing up after the cubs leave as part of a karmic whammy about the food chain or leave her out of this joke.Bandit1990 wrote:It's gotta make hunting difficult when you personally know half the prey animals in the immediate area.
Even if Gale doesn't grab them first, I think that when they consciously recognize exactly who they're stalking they won't want to go through with it.
And now you know why I was freaking out. But I'm calm now and can think about this rationally. But worse than Pete and Dragon is Shifty-Eyed Mr. Steward. DUN DUN DUN! He's had an entire year to plot his vengeance and formulate a master plan for conquest and/or steal the Milton's fortune. If he is somewhere lurking in the background than he can use this to his advantage and set the stage for whatever grand scheme he is working towards. Like I said even if this will not affect the chapter it could have serious repercussions for the rest of the arc. That's good storytelling.Argent wrote:If they're that close to Babylon Gardens, what are the odds we get a couple of precocious fox cubs involved?
I don't know why people are so upset other than the fact that the cubs are targeting Zach. Which is a no-no. We do not eat pets. Miles forgot to mention that or the cubs have thick skulls. Anyway this is not uncommon for cartoon series.NHWestoN wrote:"Folks 'round here is always tryin' to dee'vour each other - in a friendly way a'course, 'cause we's all friends!" Porky Porcupine.

Actually, the food chain has episodically intruded into the strip, directly or indirectly, on a number of occasions.

But they don't all get along, which was the main plot of the movie. <.<fenrirblack wrote:We can't all be like Zootopia where predator and prey get along and sing kum-ba-ya.
