With the Forgotten having TKO'd most of the other players (where was, and is, Karishad?), I doubt Tarot will have much trouble defending the mana now. In fact, she'll probably use the opportunity to just drain it like she and Sabrina originally planned while Keene's off trying to save Breel.GameCobra wrote:I'm guessing Keene is going to save Breel without the power of mana. Everyone else is going to use it for something else or will have to convince Tarot otherwise why they can use it responsibly since Breel hinted they were ready to use it.
Maybe, but just removing the MacGuffin at this point strikes me as wrong somehow.leinglo wrote:In fact, she'll probably use the opportunity to just drain it like she and Sabrina originally planned while Keene's off trying to save Breel.
The trick is getting distracted at the right moment.Xane wrote:"Just throw yourself at the ground and miss!"
I hope so, I kinda miss that running gagDouglas Collier wrote:Wait, if Keene has power over dreams, does he have the ability to use “wake up”?
I’m glad that Tarot was kind enough to help him here. Perhaps she deserves more credit than we’ve been giving her.
But keep your towel handy for use as a landing pad should you fail the first time.Xane wrote:"Just throw yourself at the ground and miss!"
Knowing Pete, that wouldn’t be out of the question.Frank wrote:You know, a mana-based solution might be exactly what they need to fix this mana-based problem

Indeed. There have been several references to it already.House42 wrote:Wasn't there something about being able to fly as long you didn't think about it in one of the later entries into the Hitchhiker's Guide series?

Two Disney songs and a fairy dust reference in one thread... We're on a roll!Bill in OK wrote:Wait, don't forget the fairy dust.
It's not really that you don't think about it, it's that you throw yourself at the ground and miss. The exact quote being "There is an art to flying, or rather a knack. The knack lies in learning how to throw yourself at the ground and miss. ... Clearly, it is this second part, the missing, that presents the difficulties."House42 wrote:Wasn't there something about being able to fly as long you didn't think about it in one of the later entries into the Hitchhiker's Guide series?
Actually Miles will probably find him in Keene's massive four poster.GameCobra wrote:Guys, i wanna see where this is going :3
