Re: Art Thread
I drew this for a friend of mine, Vyath (I think he's a member on these forums, actually). This is set before THE GALLIFRAX PROTOCOL, when Spirit Dragon was still obsessed with Peanut and not crushed by his rejection.
Douglas isn't my real name, but because of a name block put on me by a higher-order being known as Djinni, I can't say my real name.

Ahah, nice work Douglas, finally kicked myself hard, but to drawing, this time on my RP Character backgrounds...
That was Meeko's life...
That's was Alphabites life...
Oh yeah, tried my hand at backgrounds, hoped you notice that!

Thanks for all the support, it really does help!
Anyway, made more RP Character backgrounds...
That was Argos's life...
That was Eon and Ion's life...
I hate the fact I made him $60, when in real life ferrets are close to $150.Amazee Dayzee wrote:Nice job on the pictures Civil! I do feel bad for Alphabites now.
Comes with not having a life. Now I hope I'm not being a bother by posting so many of these... 'drawings'.Cesco wrote:Great draws and background, Civilization. You've got much time in your hands.

Well he's from a cardboard box, he was probably the offspring of someone else's ferrets. he maybe didn't need the money, so he didn't charge much.Civilization wrote:I hate the fact I made him $60, when in real life ferrets are close to $150.
alternately he was the other guy's pet and he really needed $60 fast so he sold his beloved pet for less than he could have gotten if given enough time.

Very nice set of draws, great work, Civilization. Looks like some of these ferrets haven't got an easy life.

Re: Art Thread
Don't know why but, after seeing all the wonderful pieces you've all added I felt like digging up my old GCSE artwork from school. Decided to share some of the finished pieces that don't have comments right next to them. Here goes...
I do question why I did some of the drawings that are in my old sketch book, but I'm glad I did what I did.

My tree now has a café in it. Yay?

Re: Art Thread
Nice works, HoundInATree, it's some traditional art, at least. Cute draw, Dougals. Very good draws, Czukay, I like this style change.

Re: Art Thread
I'm not sure if this is the right thread, but i wanted to color the Lucario picture that Rick drew yesterday, so I thought that I would post it somewhere in case anyone wanted it. I haven't used Photoshop in awhile, but I think that it turned out ok.
(All credit for the original image goes to Rick Griffin, of course.)
(Also, if this isn't the right thread for this, could someone direct me to it?)

Re: Art Thread
I'm trying to get it less pixelated looking and maybe get some shading, but I'm not the best at that kind of thing...
Edit: So I managed to make it look a lot better. I really liked working on this, so if anyone has any suggestions on both how to improve, and any other sketches that I should color in, I would like to hear some feedback.
