Looks like the kangaroos will be taking an extended vacation. Not too sorry for them, under the circumstances (unless they are in trouble of being deported the hard way. "Darn it, why do they always put us zoo animals in crates?" )
And yay for snuggles! King and Bailey are finally getting back into the swing of things.

Those feelings of forgetting something? Get those a lot at work, myself. It is an absolutely TERRIBLE feeling!
I've heard of airline troubles, but unknowingly refunded tickets is a new one.

The sun is bright, the weather hot,
a time to think on what you got.
The girls go home yet Fox is alone
and Karishad's fishing for Whales.
Again King's thinking of far too much
the game, the score, who wins and such.
He thinks of a puzzle as he rubs her muzzle
and doesn't see Kitsune's on shuffleboard
What is it, he wonders, they forgot?
What hole did they leave in the plot?
Who'd they leave? We can percieve
they left the guys, Bruce and Roo!

Has anyone else noticed that King's ears have been shorter than usual in the last couple strips he's been in?

I always loved the "We forgot something" "Nah, couldn't have" jokes. This is a nice spin on it.

I wonder why Kit and Cerb decided to follow them on their voyage back home rather than make some sort grand exit and go back to doing, I don't know, Demigod stuff?
It's nice to see King and Bailey snuggling up again. That cape really does make Bailey look more...stylish. Hope she keeps it.
Also, poor Roos. Honestly, I didn't even know they were with them this whole time.

So the roos are stuck now, and they back just like that, I want to know how things were with Bruce's parents i think that would be a quite interesting story to tell
I love Bailey in the 3rd panel, and King, really needs to learn to enjoy the moment. Is good to know GK is still around but I wonder... why? >.>

After all this King is officially in his final form, but what about his human life? Family, friends, neighbors from the past just think he disappeared or did GK change reality where he never existed in the first place or... ?
I guess logically they just think he left for work and never came home while now wanted by the FBI.

Can we just have an entire arc about the Roos getting home? That would be awesome.

guess they only need to call the River Ridge zoo so that they can go back to their job.ntswm2 wrote:Can we just have an entire arc about the Roos getting home? That would be awesome.

Darn it, the roos were brought along just for a joke where the cast forgot them?

Coming soon from Rick Griffin Enterprises...
"A Whole Roo World" - The story of Rosevelt and Bruce, two kangaroos who have gotten used to the soft life of the zoo, but when left stranded in the their homeland down under must now face the realities of getting 'real' jobs, dealing 24/7 with parents, avoiding the wacky poacher obsessed with capturing them, being befriended by Stanley D'Angelo, and continuing to have the audience wonder are they just really good friends or not. Plus watch for cameos of your favorite HP! Characters, you never know when they'll show up, with the running gag of never quite being able for one reason or another to help our heroes be rescued to the zoo simple life that they long for.
Coming soon to a web page near you!

Oh no, the kangaroos are stranded...in Australia...I think I'll give them another week or two.
Also hooray for snuggling! The comic's title has several meanings! Probably also extra lovings since neither of them have their collars on.

So, did GK cast a spell so the gang doesn't see him there? Somehow I can't see King not pestering him instead of Bailey about sending them home if he knew he was there.
Re: 2014/10/08 - Shipping At Sea
Hello, i finally decided to register (after several years of just reading).
My first thought when i readthe comic at the morning was:
What the **** is GK doing. And why is he still around? I hope for more interactions with him!
Aww the ´roos.. Wait, once i just thought if they aren ´t Pete and Dragon somehow transformed.. But i can´t wait to see them! And also.. will they retain their forms? That would be hillarious if they´d end up in Babylon Gardens..
Mod Edit: Don't use that word as profanity

Remember, his family was abusive. His only friends were the pets he ran away with, and they turned on him. The only humans looking for him now are the cops!Rikunda wrote:After all this King is officially in his final form, but what about his human life? Bailey left her scarf during her trasformation in the white avenger, and Joel wore it till his choice to stay a corgi.
When the battle in the desert was interrupted Bailey dismissed her armour, but retained her cape, being probably the only thing she has to wear.
In almost every strip from this moment is clearly waaay too big to be called a scarf.
So I think it is her cape

What if she used her scarf as a cape to go with her combat gear? That'd be pretty cool too.InDaZone1219 wrote:Sadly, it's a scarf. (Not a cape)Argent wrote:Isn't it a scarf?MrBlueSky7 wrote:It's nice to see King and Bailey snuggling up again. That cape really does make Bailey look more...stylish.
I think King doesn't mind the two hanging around now the other two are gone. But yeah, I wouldn't be surprised if Kit told King about why they're still with them. Maybe he's got another Surprise in store (a good one, hopefully)?WhoElseButQuagmire wrote:So, did GK cast a spell so the gang doesn't see him there? Bailey normally wears a bandana.
She is now currently wearing a scarf. It's just a very long scarf.
It's just not quite a cape.
