Okay guys okay

EVEN IF the GM happens to be someone you know, you're not going to know who it would be, considering that the GM also has a Great Spirit form

Awwww so your not going to tell us who it is in the next comic (well outside its spirit form of course). Well that sucks. :( Will we know eventually maybe?

GM stands for game master, I think. Not too sure myself. What I'm really not sure about is how do you guys know there will be another GM?

Another? There hasn't been any GMs yet its going to show up on Friday. And yes GM stands for Game Master. They are also known as DMs or Dungeon Masters in D&D.

You guys are way off. The GM is gonna be old man with beard...or old animal with beard...I don't really care what it is, but it better well be old with a beard!

Poor Rick. Reminds me of those old ruler/king games on the NES days where peasants would revolt and destroy crops if taxes were too high, but would immediately stop when you give them gifts.

I think more people need to watch Bewitched & Sabrina the Teenage witch these days also though. Rick can play with magic, but he's certainly not a god-modder. =P

Wait a second...I just realized...
If The Spirit Dragon is just using Tarot's body, is there any actual dog Tarot somewhere?

I don't think so its just like Pete's human form or at least that's how I'm taking it.

The way I see it is that Tarot still exists as we know/knew her, it's just that the spirit-dragon is using her as an avatar to communicate with the others (specifically Pete at the moment). It's like the dragon is borrowing her physical form - they are still two separate characters/individuals.

Also, I do not see Pete and the dragon as playing a game - it was a metaphor, as has been said both in the comics and other posts. Thus, the characters aren't chess pieces, not event King. The dragon and Pete are playing a game called "life", but that's the same "game" that we're all "playing" in real life.
Although they could be doing what they're doing for "fun", just because the metaphor is a game, we still don't know what their motivations are.

Anyway, I would not be surprised at all if the GM were a new character. This comic's cast grows fairly quickly after all. But the question is, does the GM look like Melchior or Belthasar?

Belthasar... I mean, Melchior is too... blue, to be a GM! Yeah, too blue. It has to be Belthasar.

The GM is De La Soul.

His spirit form is a three-headed hydra.

So, guys

How much are the players and the GM manipulating the HousePets gang's lives?

Also, as for Tarot, is her "avatar" and thus all her avatars feelings 100% fake, or is it akin to having your PC in love with your boyfriend's PC, only your boyfriend doesn't realize he has one?
