Sorrow: We came back from IKEA like two hours ago. My feet still ache a bit from walking around for at least four hours.
Joy: But the meatballs were DELICIOUS!
Joy: My mom got a sweet deal on her stuff from there, though- she got TWO beds (one for her and one for her ex), a mattress, curtain rails for the whole house, curtains for the ex, blackout blinds for my room, and D-cell batteries, all for the price of a Sleep Number mattress which she was considering before we went. Eat your heart out, guy who invented the Sleep Number!
Sorrow: My mom didn't load the mattress on the roof properly when we were leaving, so my brother had to hold the mattress through the sunroof. While going 55 MPH. In 30-degree weather. For FIFTEEN MINUTES. I was sitting behind him and it was STILL miserable. I can't imagine his pain. Thank dog for gloves.

Sorrow: I had wanted to turn Skype on for some time now and get in contact with some of my friends there, but... I dunno, I kinda felt scared to do so. I rarely talk with anyone even if I'm online, and I always ended up needing to be somewhere else once I finally started opening up.

Maybe since most of my friends around me in college rarely ever talked to me anymore, in person or online, and after being backstabbed so many times by 'best friends'... I lost my faith in myself to keep in touch and be a friend.

I dunno, this feeling is so weird.

I found not being social just makes it harder to talk to people. And not everyone will backstab you at any possible opportunity, there's gotta be decent people there somewhere,you just have to look.

RAGE: I just found out my idiot adviser has had me taking the WRONG CLASSES!!! No wonder I was getting such a hard time from this stuff! The were trying to make me a RN instead of a CNA/Phlebotomy! I just wasted $518 on tuition alone! AAAAAAARGH!!!

joy : finally ! After 2 weeks of scorching heat , we will have rain , cool , nice rain for the next two weeks

sorrow : unfortunately though , that's because of the incoming storms , not one , but 2 storms heading straight to where I live , so not only it will be quite troublesome to go from place to place , since I only travel by bike , it will possibly be dangerous for me and everyone else as well , and the fact that the weather forecast said that those 2 are really powerful storms even make me worrier

Sorrow - midterm on drafting is tomorrow... I know all the theory, but my accuracy and "quality" of work that are needed for actually passing it are... let's say "lacking", so I don't cross that PG-13 border.
Sorrow caused by joy - I'll have to go find a different day to turn in all the stockpiled lab work for checking, as I'm skipping next Saturday for the friend's marriage.
Joy - We FINALLY got ut of all the law stuff we have to know on the first semester, and getting to interesting stuff, concerning something that I will actually do after graduating (hopefully)
