Re: DeviantART
Only reason I go there recently is to look at things my friend makes and he wants me to see. Still upload stuff rarely, but just stuff I don't really put a lot of effort into.
http://jesteroftoast.deviantart.com/
I'm not pleased with all of the deviations on there (especially the ones made before I got a scanner), but I enjoy the latest four, but mainly That Toasty Group.

Re: DeviantART
Nah it's just a group of people that are good enough friends to be considered "Toasty".
I refer to groups of people I enjoy the company of as "Toasty" so there are Those Toasty Guys, Those Toasty Girls, Those Toasty Forumites, etc.
Sometimes people count in multiple groups, but That Toasty Group is probably the largest (It's still growing in my head, but that one was drawn a while ago)

I'd post mine if I weren't already shamelessly plugging my link in a desperate attempt to gain vast amounts of internet popularity.

Esteem is of the self.
Now , if you want a terrible artist than look no further! *Points to himself*
I'm just kidding, but not about the esteem thing. I think your artwork is very good actually.
I don't have a lot in my account either but that's just cause I like to doodle things related to housepets.

Re: DeviantART
Main thing I need to say:
OH NO CANDYCORN made me bust out laughing. Hilarious
Yeah my account is crap. I deleted most of the junk on there cause I just got sick of looking at it. I should work on some stuff over winter break... Dunno we'll see.

I'm kinda the same way. Most the stuff I do ends at the sketch stage, and I abhor uploading sketches. DxTwo_Twig wrote:Esteem is of the self.

Looking at your own art can be very maddening. @~@
Re: DeviantART
I don't know any good artist that has any self-esteem in their art, I swear.
...That, or they're being humble. But it seems everyone I see who does good art yet doesn't like their art.
Actually I haven't really seen anyone that actually -likes- their own work.
It's weird. Apparently, people are their own worst critic, but really if they didn't like it why would they do it in the first place? :V

Re: DeviantART
I've seen a few people with a bit too much confidence in their work. They tend to be the anime desu or sparkle dog art kids on DA, though, and get butthurt VERY easy if you try to offer helpful critique. You know, heaven forbid you try to crit them, they're not drawing poorly, it's their styyyyyyyyle. Ugh.Ebly wrote:I don't know any good artist that has any self-esteem in their art, I swear.

But to be fair, they don't usually last long before getting so utterly worked up that they kill their online presence and go back to living a real life.

Here's my DeviantArt, I consider it the point when I officially entered the Fandom:
http://anthroguy101.deviantart.com
Also my furaffinity:

Most of my DeviantArt posts are laughable, but I think some of you will enjoy my FurAffinity post on cartoon football positions (for those who like American Football). I mainly use these profiles for commenting purposes, though I do plan on putting stories in there at some point.

Re: DeviantART
now this can be a very controversial topic. id say south jersey starts at ocean/burlington counties. i have a friend who refuses to admit she lives in south jersey. we have agreed on jersey shore.Flamboyant-Pencil wrote:Slippy wrote:Shaddup and post it. but as for the topic, i use DA but i dont post anything there. i contemplate using it sometimes but id rather send my work to magazines than a website with pretty poor writing quality.
