Unless, "The Apple Family" is just a title for their family, rather than an actual last name. None of the ponies in the show actually seem to have last names, so it wouldn't really surprise me.
After all, it really wouldn't be a stretch for them to adopt such a title, considering all of their names are based on different kinds of apples and most (if not all) of them seem to be in some sort of business related to apples.

do you ever really crash or even make a sound?"
On another note, I've begun to watch some episodes of My Little Pony Tales. Aside from the actual quality of the show, which is far below that of Friendship is Magic, it does remind me of the latter in terms of story style, setting, and characterization. I think I'll call it...proto-FiM.

That's what haters tend to think. "Gah, these freaks just won't shut up about this stupid 'My Little Pony is good' jokes! Don't they get it's not funny anymore?!"

Has anyone else noticed that EVERYONE in the mane six has a song...Accept AJ? Applejack's my favourite character but to me it just seems like she's being forgotten D:. I mean I got so excited when I saw the title of an upcoming episode but then I read the summary. WHY WRITERS WHHYYY?!
I don't suffer from insanity, I enjoy every single minute of it.

*pats comfortingly on the back* There there, it's okay. Maybe the writers just haven't realized AJ hasn't had a personal episode since all the way back to Applebuck Season. On the plus side, she sure seems to play relatively large side roles in episodes where she isn't the main focus. Think of Sisterhooves Social, or the one with Cutie Pox.
While on the subject of ponytastic music, it never fails to annoy me when I see pony music that is legitimately good... and no good non-pony music!
to name a name, Alex S frustrates me so much. How can he make legitimately good electro such as Party With Pinkie and then his last non-pony song was an extremely boring remix of Lady Gaga?
i mean, it's not going to affect me or my listening pleasure since i like the whole pony thing, but i have this weird little voice in my head that screams "you could be making money, why are you shooting yourself in the foot like this by catering only to a fandom?"
which fails to take into account that catering to a fandom can make a lot of money, that he could potentially have a job in the music industry and just not share it over youtube, or that he potentially has nothing to do the industry and music is just an interest for him. still, the voice is there!
Some people need inspiration to do well, and he may only be inspired by ponies. the mediocre non-pony stuff may be because he's only doing it to not be labled as only a pony musician.
On Youtube is a series called Kids React, produced by the Fine Brothers, where kids watch popular things from around the internet and react to them. This Sunday, the Spinoff series, Teens React, in which Teens watch popular things from around the internet and react to them, is having the teens watch FiM and reacting to it.
The thing is they have a regular set of teens, and I'm excited to see if any of them become bronies or are already.
and to try and spot the secret bronies.
Okey, the Sandra and Woo comics have stopped being amusing and just gotten into the tiresome habit of including ponies just for attention.
Also that PonyConfessions thing is a bucket of lol. Every day millions on millions of people do things to take their mind off of stuff, is MLP supposed to be some special snowflake that's held up as the way to solve the world's problems now? It's stuff like that along with the hybrid religion that a lot of bronies have turned it into that does nothing but draw the wrong -sort- of attention and snark to the fandom.
It's just a animated kids show with a very vocal fanbase on the internet. Not the first, won't be the last.
It's completely harmless and it makes some people happy. You don't have to inflate it into the second coming like some fans have in order to admit that...
