You don't have to change; we can have multiple wolves!

You are what you are here and no one can tell you otherwise I guess. Though wolves are rather scary creatures. (In my opinion anyways) I dun think I have said welcome to ya yet, so hello!

Why does everyone seem to hate spiders? I love spiders. I keep spiders in my house on purpose.

I can at least vouch for half of everyone with this. Spiders are the Symbol of Death. They are unpleasant and spark many phobias.

At least the spiders around my house are quiet and polite, so I guess that should suffice. c:

Are they? I've never seen them referred to as that. They're mostly harmless to us anyway.

Think back on how movies and things of the like tend to use spiders. Mostly for old houses that have lost their purpose. Tomes or Crypts as well. At least Hollywood often uses spiders as that type of symbol and at least that may be a reason of why a number of people feel so uncomfortable around them, as they are a symbol of aging.......and what they do in the first place is extremely eery in and of itself. (From what I have heard from a few other people on the topic.)

I have severe arachnophobia. The sight of a spider makes me lock up in fear. I can hardly smash one.

I fear spiders more than I do death. But they're so small and they're more afraid of humans than humans are of them. I have no idea why I'm afraid, but I am.

That's mostly because those places are abandoned and in disrepair. So things like spiders move in.

I really dislike that trick you pulled on me Sleet. The INSTANT I finished reading that message, I turn to my left and what do you know, a spider. A hopping Spider. And if fell in the crack of my chair (Car Seat) so now I am nervous. That magic was not nice. ;-;
P.S. I do not have a phobia, but I do have an irrational fear, generally a fear of anything that can harm me, but those from just looking at them. In any case, a shrieked and got my mom to try and find it. ;-;

Maybe a small degree of it. But I do not fully lose control of my body like my brother occasionally does. He has a phobia, I occasionally can brave them. So I just have an irrational fear. Anywho, I am not sure if this entire thing would be on topic, since this hardly pertains to if you are Furry or not.

I hate spiders because when I was 10 I went into my basement and looked in a box, inside of it was the biggest spider I have ever seen, it dwarfed the spider my friend has named The Mc Gurken. I am forever scared with this memory. I mean, I'm afraid of the spiders in Skyrim for Pete's sake.

I'm deathly afraid of spiders.
I can't stand them, I think my phobia springs from getting a zoobook about spiders as a child,
seriously, WHO GIVES THAT TO CHILDREN!!!!!
There was an illustration of a spider attacking a humming bird
WHO APPROVED THAT!!!!!!!!!
anyway, not a fan, kill them on sight, and scream like a little girl if I find one on me.
And to stay on topic, yes I am a furry.
I think in Non-sequiturs

Wow! Cool! What book is it?
I would've totally loved to see that when I was younger!
But I've seen that already in David Attenborough's The Life and Planet Earth series.

My brother once covered my bed in rubber spiders. I couldn't be in my room for three days.

Since this is a topic about furries and the last several posts have been about insects and arachnids with no attachment to the furry fandom at all, it might be a good idea for us to talk about furry stuff!
