I've never been to Canada, so I wouldn't know what it's like. Maple syrup is all that comes to mind when I think of Canada.

How about we all just stop talking about ponies, and bronies, and call it a day? I know I don't have power in this section, but Diss does and I'm willing to bet he agrees with me.
We have a thread about it because people like it. Discuss it there. But also do not bash the thread, because otherwise THIS thread is where they ALL would be discussing it.
So please, no more talk of Bronies, or ponies, or whether or not they are creepy or not.

I learned that my cousin used to be a hipster. and may still be one. I heard her saying some of the bands she liked had gone "mainstream"

Discussion of My Little Pony is best left to the appropriate thread. As an example of where this kind of dissension (no pun intended) could lead, historically, almost every furry thread here has been shut down for getting too creepy and presenting a bad image of our community to new people. Sleet eventually prevailed on us to allow discussion of furriness again. Please don't make us kill the MLP thread, this thread, or both. (To the new people, I have killed the chat thread before. This is not a threat, but information for your consideration.)ctcmjh wrote:How about we all just stop talking about ponies, and bronies, and call it a day? Now Brent, do I have the product for you.
Its Mr. Grey's patented hipster removal system called Jim. How does it work? Well you see a guy named Jim follows you around, and when you call out to him he produces a shotgun for immediate hipster removal and thanks to the fact I am blackmailing the president, you will face ZERO I repeat ZERO jailtime.

Ginger Ale is good because it's versatile. I like root beer, but generally find it too sweet to have very often.
Oh wait now we're talking hipsters
I was a mainstream hipster before it went underground to the stream in Maine's hippie Napster oh dear what am I saying I am not good at words

you've probably never heard of them.
I really don't get the stigma attatched to a band "going mainstream" isn't that kind of what the band set out to do?
I mean you'd think people would be glad that more people get to hear a good band.

I like that one song by that group. otherwise, I don't like them.
also, it's LM<LETTER>AO.
also, if I had background music, it would be a never ending techno song with effects that match up perfectly with my every action, word, and emotion.

On rare occasions a wildly successful song will be one I enjoy. Viva la Vida was the most recent. Before that I think it was You Get What You Give. *giggles*
