"Yeah it is getting pretty late." Lance said and then looked up at Dakotha "Sure we should totally do that." Lance said as he stretched out a bit and yawned. "I'm gonna go check on Valiant and then head home I'm kind of tired." He said as he gave Kurt a quick peck on the cheek. "You two want to come with me to see him?" Lance asked

"Have fun" Archimedes said, hugging Eve back and then going off for a good spot to look at the fireworks and the stars. He figured that sleep could be fended off a little bit longer. This eventually lead him to an uncomfortable lawn chair, hopefully enough to keep him awake. There he sat and looked up at the flashes of light and shining stars beyond.

Everything was confirmed with that single action that Lance done, Yup, I wasn't hearing things Thought Dakotah. "Yeah, I'll go with you to check on him, and probably walk home with you too, I should get home before my mom gets worried." He stopped for a few seconds and continued "It sucks that we didn't really see much of Valiant, what's going on must be pretty bad though."

Val pretty stoned himself out till next evening." She kept talking low enough so the others wouldn't hear. "What he calls 'nervocalm' is a hefty cocktail of drugs. He..." she sighed, rubbing her temples. "Listen, let's just talk about this in a more appropriate moment. Now we'd just spoil the general mood. ok? And if you happen to see Darien, just kick his sorry tail into next Christmas." she offered her paw. "Good night and thank you for coming. He'd appreciate it..." then the black ferret chuckled. "Heh, looks like this sleepover idea is worse than that 2012 Mayan curse."

Dakotah jumped at the sudden voice that was Rikki, he didn't expect her at all. He nodded listening to everything she said. He felt really sorry for Valiant, especially since this was his own party that he was throwing and he didn't go out to have fun. "Yeah, well, thanks for letting us come over here." Dakotah said shaking the ferret's paw. "And if I do see Darien, I'll talk to him and ask what was up." He didn't know really what else to say, but decided saying thanks again to Rikki and saying that he hopes Valiant will be okay. He went to go walk out the entrance and stopped, "You coming with, Lance?" he asked.

Grey watched, hoping the gifts would launch and as Saphia fired them, he noticed that no gifts fired. Grey walked up to the Gift-zooka, about to check for anything wrong, but as he neared the contraption, it let out a sound as though a piece within had snapped out of place and the gifts shot out and into the air...now slowly drifting down to the party-goers. However, the Gift-Zooka suffered a bit of damage...it was mostly in pieces, all collapsed in a pile on the ground. "Well...there goes the first working thing you've built, Grey" Bauigh said, looking at the (now disassembled) Gift-Zooka.
Grey shrugged at Bauigh's statement and turned to Saphia "Saphia..." Grey said, kneeling near-by the cat "It's done, I think you can stand back up now" Grey said, a small chuckle escaping his muzzle "Maybe we can enjoy what is left of the party...that is, if it's not already over?" Bauigh asked, kneeling by and examining the small pile of metal and bits near-by.

"No excuses, I'm helping you home." She said, "Besides, I bet someone here knows something about pyrotechnics. So the show won't be as good as what I could have made, but it would still be good." Eris stated as she grabbed Blueberry's paw and led him out the door.

"Huh?" Archy said at first, standing up, "oh, your ready to go." As he stood though, he heard something flapping in the air, like a clothe. Looking up, he saw presents falling out of the sky and two inbound on his position. "I think we oughta wait on those."

Archimedes watched where the presents were coming in. He moved towards them as they came down, luckily they were close enough together that they could both be caught. He lunged slightly to grab one, while the other came right to them. Unfortunately, he forgot about Eve leaning on him and... well, down went the little white dog. "I've got them" he said, laying on his back, on the ground.

Mitch's eyes blurred open for a moment as the van rocked gently back and forth. He noticed that he was in the passenger seat, and a strange woman was beside him. Trying to blink himself awake, he could only make it worse. He did remember something about going home though.

"M-Mom? Muh, mom?" Mitch asked, looking around groggy and confused.

"Are, are, th-they taking us h-home m-muh, Mom?" Mitch asked, still half asleep and not knowing whether or not to wake up.

Dakotah followed behind Kurt and Lance, he and Lance lived close by, so following him would be a good idea. He didn't want to go up too close and ruin their conversation, he just left them and let them be and talk. He saw Lance grab a present and open it. Huh, what's with these random presents? he thought to himself. He saw lance heading over to Grey and Saphia, who had a cannon, which would explain the presents. He followed Lance and Kurt to the other couple, maybe he could talk to Grey and even get a present himself.

"Oh, okay." She said as she pushed herself off the ground and stood up, blushing. She looked around, noting the pile of metal that had once been the gift-zooka. She noticed a group of pet-sized figures coming towards them. Looks like we have company. she pointed over at the pets. "Look, Grey" She said.

"Phew" Archimedies sighed as he laid there. He had gotten some pretty desperate ideas at how to get up. After a few seconds he stood with Eve's help. "I should work out" he said, and then went more on topic, "there's two beds in my room. The one on top of the bunk and the slide-out under it. If you want the room to yourself, I can sleep on the couch or something."

Archimedes quickly closed his eyes, though, he had never wished upon a star before and hadn't a clue what he was doing. "I mean... its a great way. It couldn't have gone better." he whispered, after a second he added, "what should I wish for?"
