It only gets annoying because of the vocals, but I still like it.
I think an upbeat instrumental jazz cover of the song would be fantastic, and I bet somebody's already made it because that's how the internet works.

Urgh, again with the video not being made available in my country. :(
Managed to open the song anyway. Love the vocals and the drums!

On another note, I feel like posting some relaxing classical/unplugged renditions of songs from this Japanese doujin (free-lance) game series that I played.

Me- "Maybe it would be easier if I look in Wikipedia"

Ok guys, I know a few of you know Rise Against. I'm curious though, what do you think of this cover versian.

Help is on the Way - original version
I love the emotions that come through with this song so much. I love how powerful the lyrics are, especially towards the end. All the interments come together beautifully in it, in my opinion. The pure emotion that comes out during parts of this song really get to me, honestly.

Help is on the Way - cover version
It's been changed so much, although still seems to give off a similar message. I find this version to be a lot sadder then the original. Still, it's just as powerful in my opinion. The softer feel to the song adds a lot, in my opinion.

So, anyway, what version do you guys like the best?

I loved the offical version, but the cover is really sad like you said but its still good. In the end I still prefer the original

Paper Wings is amazing. I've not heard Architects enough, but I really enjoy the lyrics. I'm kinda that guy who likes almost everything Rise Against releases though, hehe. The vocalist for Rise Against is amazing in my opinion. (Also, I suggest Lanterns. One of my fav's on Endgame)

I grinned through like the whole thing; I loved being able to recognise most of the sources without even reading the list.

Lately, I've been listening to music my friends have made. Can't really upload it anywhere cause it's their property and all that fun stuff; if it were up anywhere I would definitely be linking it.

Otherwise, my list lately has been:
prof.logik
s.maharba
Stunt Rock
Time Wharp
Louis Armstrong
Shojihero
Conelrad
Breakbeat Heartbeat
Doomwaffle
Mary Martin
Minus the Bear
Natalie Cole
Louis Garrel

Okay, that should do for now.
I was going to make a joke but then I did.

The only one of those I recognized is Louis Armstrong. :P

I'm not a big fan of his singing, but he's a good trumpeter. Which kind of reminds me of Geddy Lee in that sense. Great instrumentalist, slightly grating singing voice.
