Come to think of it, I do not want to have to own a purple cat while she's shedding. I'd imagine she'd be even worse!
I like the new inking style! It kind of reminds me of a newspaper comic in a sense, but in a good way. I'm interested in seeing how it smooths out with time.

I can't even really remember what I said in my abortive thread, but the gist was that I'm excited to see the art style continue to develop and improve.

people are the only things that matter; take care of yourselves and each other
Yeah, completly agree with you guys about new inking style, it's great. And this is one of the reasons why I like so much HP! comic, it always geting better and better, it's good, but still is being improved.
And well, Peanut needs to take more care of himself
Yes, shedding season! The few people who have no clue what could have possibly inspired this comic, consider yourselves lucky.
Am I the only one who doesn't especially care for the style? It works great for Rick's other recently posted works (We Can Work it Out, Kileak). The only thing I can really make out is considerably thicker lines ("new inking style" = "pressure sensitive pen"?). The tendency for a while has been towards thinner lines (that's true lots of comics in general too)... Not that the change is a bad thing at all, the ultimate style I would choose is actually somewhere around https://www.housepetscomic.com/2009/02/ ... sequences/ hmm so idk. Maybe perhaps above all else I like the continual changes, whenever whatever the justification is.
I really enjoy the new inking style. Loads to be honest. ^^
That pic's really cool as well! I like it ^^
Also, to be honest, I had absolutely no clue what the joke was for awhile. Honestly, I thought it had something to do with static for some reason. I'm glad to say I know what the joke is now though.
Mr. and Ms. Sandwich see lot's of brown fur on the floor and ask Grape "what happened here?"
Grape: "Peanut fought with great honor, but I'm afraid he..."
Peanut appears from behind and says: "Hey!"
Grape *with a grin* "...can't brush himself."

Haha, good one
I'll change only this grin for puting a sunglasses, like Horatio
If by "fellow" you mean "registered on DeviantArt", then no (at least not yet )

That would be an awesome way to create an arc out of this! Anyone up to the challenge?

You know if they existed in real life (or at least people that acted/did things like them anyway) I would most likely hate them myself, it's just in the comic it's so wacky I can over look my hate for their extreme hedonism.
I have on good authority ferrets are, in fact, little balls of chaos and destruction bent on doing things like ruining pool pumps and similar activities.
Also, I really like this art style, I noticed the outlines in the background (though I'm indifferent to that). Same inking method as prior?
Well, if I met in real that kind people, I'll hate them, but same type of character acted by ferrets, looks great It's probably effects that ferrets are overdrawn (some way in the good meaning of this word) and this is why it's easier to like them
