Google search it, because I can't explain things well.

But okay:

Garrysmod is a source engine mod, that let's you use 'props' from other source engine games (Half Life, Counter Strike etc) and ragdolls.

You can even use it to make games too.

It can do more than that, but I can't explain anything well.
