A horrible mix of science and long abandond magic gone bad. It is really a very good story.

I can't say there are a lot of books I love, but I can pick a handful. Animal Farm comes to mind, that's nice and short. So's Of Mice and Men.

I've read all the books on my bookseller. I can recomend the books of Dr. Weiss and The Guardian of Jeffrey Konvitz.

Books can be awful or amazing....

I really enjoy combat/war memoirs like Band of Brothers, D-Day, Citizen Soldiers, The Pacific... All that good stuff! Stephen Ambrose war biographies especially

Action/adventure/history

...and i'll admit it... Sometimes romance is cool too (not much but a bit is good) especially in fanfics
