*commenting on all this Lauren Faust hoopla*
Ya know, I don't want to come across as not appreciating the work and talent of all the writers, storyboard artists, and animators working on the show. I think we all understand that they play just as big as, if not bigger, role in what we see on-screen than the Lady Faust does, and they deserve just as much recognition for their work.
It's just...I don't know why, but the Lady Faust always represented to me that the show was protected from the Hasbro execs. That it wouldn't get turned into a 30-minute commercial or something. That's what really gives me this weird feeling in my gut when I think about how she's no longer involved. I hope I'm making sense and am not just getting annoying for still being on this topic.
If I am being annoying, I will happily accept a slap to the face with a fish.
