I got nothing to add. I mean what else can you say after that?

You can’t hurt him with a word,
you can’t hurt him with a stick.
Breel’s invulnerable to fire,
poison, strangulation and a brick.
He can’t be wounded by punches
or by heads, teeth or even feet.
Probably even with Satau strength
his health would be hard to beat.
The rules of heaven sent life
means weakness is hard to find.
That’s not to say it can’t be done -
with one line Duke blows Breels’ mind.

Duke you're awesome, never change... or die for that matter.
Re: 2017/10/09 - Eat Drink And Be Merry
Honestly, if I had been drinking something when I read that line I probably would've shared Breel's reaction.
Re: 2017/10/09 - Eat Drink And Be Merry
Wait a second, did we just get confirmation as to the cause of Breel's death?
Re: 2017/10/09 - Eat Drink And Be Merry
I wonder if the invincibility is the only reason why he wants to be dead.

When Breel's underwater, does he get wet?
Or does the water get him instead?

Good lord I was not expecting that-
I love how naive Duke is. It's cute, but suddenly a bit worrying

So... Guess that Means Breel died after being run over by a train... Ouch. That's an outlandishly painful way to die...
And Duke? That can be arranged... *Cracks Knuckles and extends Venka Primes ala Wolverine Style... Getting tackled by Genji.* GAH! Gerroff me, Ninja Boy!

nobody knows. Breel, man.jonas wrote:When Breel's underwater, does he get wet?

I predict something will hurt Breel in this arc. and combining that with my prediction from the Last Supper panel, it will be because of Keene. maybe for 30 pieces of mana.

But yeah... Looks like he was hit by a train, which also means he died within the past 200 years.

I'm pretty sure Duke just wants to be some sort of invincible superhero. He should join my RP instead of talking about dying.

Highly doubt Duke realizes what he actually means. That's like saying having a pet cat is fun at first until they start tearing up your furniture =P
Still, though ~ I'm worried that he mightbe too spoiled. Breel on the otherhand... how do they get hit by this stuff?

If that's true then we can expect some major feels ahead.RandomGeekNamedBrent wrote:nobody knows. Breel, man.jonas wrote:When Breel's underwater, does he get wet?

pretty sure most people would have that reaction to a statement like that.
Most important thing I've learned from D&D?
No matter how tempting it may be, as a DM I can't both present a problem and solve it.
Every time a DMPC or NPC fixes something a payer couldn't i'm diminishing and undermining that player's contribution.

Also it seems Breel at least simulates breathing.
Re: 2017/10/09 - Eat Drink And Be Merry
Nice job raising them, Breel. You really did it well
Of course, this is where Duke's supposed to say Give me a break, I'm like four years old

And eating. I honestly thought we'd get something in the vein of "I'd love to eat with you, but if I did, it would mean the total amount of food in the world will drop by 0.00...01%, which means a poor starving cub in Africa..."Argent wrote:Also it seems Breel at least simulates breathing.

Oh, wow... Ahahah, Duke! You cute naive ferret, don't say so... Yeah, since poor Breel already suffered for his death, he can't suffer again as an angel. Not anymore if a train hits him? That has been a so bad way to die. Oh, Breel risked to choke... But, that can't hurt him, right? Anyway, hmm, you're eating spaghetti.

I wonder how Breel ended up on the tracks in the first place.

Likely not the lesson Breel was going for ... poor, dear Duke. Rick has a way of foreshadowing events; please don't let this be one.
