I wish furries would either just say that it's a fetish and stop getting all community about it, or just say it's a community of similar interests (that is, anthropomorphic animals) and Bicycle Repair Man the porn!

Well i think comics like Housepets! and VG Cats etc. have always just been cartoons to me. I didnt find out about anything furry til i jumped on the VG Cats Forum. I dont nor will i ever try to understand the furry 'community'. I like comics with anthromomorphic animals because I think its a neat art style but im not someone who does any of the things you described.
A lot of quality web-comics are on Wikipedia, so why shouldn't this one? Besides it might increase traffic to the site, and we all like traffic,
and most non-furries don't even check Wikifur. (well, I don't)
i bet i could try and start all over again and write most of the stuff on my own. but i only started reading this comic not even a week ago and when i do stuff like make wikis i get all nervous and cant write as good. I was surprised when i found out the was no wikipedia page for this comic.

Housepets is PG. I want to keep it that way. There's a number of stories I have that I'd like to keep to this level. At the same time, I'm an artist. I have a number of works that will go from PG-13 to strong R or worse. I plan on doing serious fiction at some point in my career, and that does require getting your hands dirty. And I don't have a problem with that.
That said, I don't do pornography, okay?

let me just say that once the B's and T's get in here, we've hit above a level we aren't suppose to hit.
and generally speaking of course, as far as what the author does elsewhere, it shoudln't be considered linked to the comic site either, since most of those sites are art sites. you know, sights where you can get opinions on things, good or bad.
