Man I really love Kansas lyrics. This is a bit of their song Hope Once Again
The flower dies, the camera never lies, fire baptizes
The truth is light, right or wrong is never black or white
We all wear disguises

If a picture could talk we would all look away
There'd be too many voices
Rain come on and wash away this hot city skin
Pictures and memories and hope once again
This stuff got me through some pretty crazy stuff in my life. Rock that feels like this... that kind of mellow sadness, and the moving violin, I listen to it so much.

Then you will most likely like the band Blue October, their songs are pretty mellow and are sad. Their lyrics are pretty deep too. Just check out this song http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eYM4B4R3wmI and just heads up, this song does use some bad language. Lyrics are in the description.

You just never checked it out until now, that happens to me a lot. When I get an album or something, I usually don't listen to all the tracks until later, and then I discover a really awesome song, lol

Yeah, I guess. Happened to me before, too, but this song is just so awesome, I don't really know why I find it so good, and yeah, why didn't I discover it earlier :( ?

Seperate Ways by Roland Grapow (It's a Journey cover), I honestly thinks it's better than the original.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hUrXc5h9UxU

Roland Grapow is the guitarist, I believe the singer is Mike Viscera.

I am not a big fan of Avenged Sevenfold, but it was really nice of Mike Portnoy to play in their drummer's place.

Yeah, he's filling in temporarily until they can find a permanent drummer, then he's going back to Dream Theater.

Because I have never posted on this topic to my knowledge, I guess I can post my favorites when it comes to music. Mainly the 8 bit type. Mega Man 2 - Dr. Wily Stage 1 / 2, Duck Tales - The Moon, Mega Man 4 - Skull Man Stage, Super Castlevania - Simon's Theme. I wish they made good music like this nowadays. :( I am such a nerd.

Edit: Forgot one. Mega Man 2 - Crash Man Stage.
