Yes! I am also auditioning for Spo! I apologize, I didn't realize you were joking.
Don't worry, I was serious about doing Spo's lines in an Arnie voice. Just not trying for the part for real ;)

Also, I've now tried for Jeeves the Milton Ferret's butler as well. I cheated and used my fan comic as extra lines for him to read;
http://www.furaffinity.net/view/4162200/

I'm also noticing that with the exception of Rex, every character I've auditioned for has a close connection to the ferrets. Miles and Daryl work for them, as does Jeeves, and two of them... well... are the ferrets, as well as the fact that I'm considering trying out for the remaining ferrets, Mr Steward and Thomas Milton (Whose name I just had to look up :p )
Seeing as they're all quite minor characters, I think it'd be nice if I could voice the whole household. I'd have my own little section of Babylon Gardens ^_^

Oh, and also I very much like your most recent recording Rojo. You're getting better at it each time, which is great!

Unfortunately I'm having trouble accessing your files, so I can't offer any criticism on them.... Sorry.... :(

That voice of the butler was good too, sliceofdog! :)

Lets hear what your audition sounds like now that you adjusted your microphone settings. That way a critque will be given better, ya know?

Gosh, I am so discombobulated right now, Slice. Apologies, again!

Also! More auditions! YAY!

EDIT: @Don46, I'm not sure that that voice is suited to Spo, but I did love your "pronunciation" of SPP!

EDIT2: Karl-Lenin Faust's voice was good, but the performance.... It sounded like you were reading, rather than speaking. He should be YELLING passionately!

EDIT3: I liked the kangaroo performances but the Australian accent wasn't thick enough for my ears. Think Steve Irwin and "CROIKEY!"

EDIT4: Rufus's voice is pretty good, especially when he's talking to Peanut. :)

I've gotta disagree with Chewy I'm afraid, I loved your Spo. Rufus and Commu-mouse were awesome too! I have gotta say though, the Kangaroos were... quite painful ^^'

Mind if I quickly give them a try? Just the Kangaroos I mean.

Well, it's not up to me to cast anyway. Who knows, maybe Ebly will like it enough?

With adjusting the settings for your mic. Speaking of which, it sounds REALLY muffled. But for what it's worth, maybe putting some more inflection in your voice? I don't mean any offense! You have so much potential! I know it's there!

Not my best crazy Australian, but everyone in the house is in bed, so I can only be so loud.
Still, I think it works. Sorry the 'real' kangaroos are English. If I actually got their part I'd make them American, but due to the aforementioned having to be quite quiet, I can't sit here and try and make up two 'normal' American accents, I'd rather revert back to what's easy for me.

Hey! HEY! Don't ever down play yourself like that! EVER! I know you have the ability to blow us all out of the water with your hidden talent! I've seen it before! Trust me!

As for the mic, my suggestion would be to tamper with the settings, record yourself just saying anything, listen to it, and if need be, go back and adjust with the settings some more until you're happy with the sound quality.

And Slice? Oh man! So much better than my own! Kudos! And ya know? At first, I had the same idea that the kangroos would be English as well!

Are you kidding? In the matter of a few short hours, you have grown so much as an actor! Yes, there are certain parts that could have used a bit more work, but still! I am so proud of you!

I am curious, are you purposefully trying to be sound quiet?

Those of you trying out for the kangaroos, that was the only audition I got a reply back for, and Ebly said that as he's Australian he's pretty much claimed them already. ;)

Ah well, thanks for telling me. I think I'm safer just going for Milton Family characters :p
6 slightly different Ferret auditions ahoy!

On that note, do you guys think my ferret voices actually fit?

They would be varying in their amount of squeakiness, but Duke would be the squeakiest. Is it a bit too annoying though?

Yah, Brits say "Herb", not "Erb", and seeing as extreme Aussie accents often don't pronounce the 'h', I thought it was best to show the difference ^_^

Just a brief segue, but I remember when WWE played with this when William Regal was RAW commissioner. He always called Triple H "Triple Haych". (Adding an H sound to the beginning of the pronunciation of the letter H.)
