I live in a townhouse so I don't have a basement.

I thought it would always be cool to have a basement be my room.

Wed dun have basements in the South. At least we don't on the coast, which sucks.

My old house's basement used to be an art studio and had cabinetry and shelves on all the walls and 3 large rooms. It was a mess though.

It'd be cool but I imagine you'd miss having windows.

I would die if we ever had a serious earthquake here because my first instinct in any disaster is to run to the basement

Also, if you're going to sleep in a basement I hope you like the cold.

I like the cold, I'm much more resilient to it than heat.

KJOokami wrote:My house has a basement, but we've never had the funds to get it finished. So it's got no heat or air conditioning (not that it needs AC), no wallpaper, and half of it is about 3 feet higher than the rest and is filled to the brim with dirt, on top of which we have about 8 years worth of children's toys all of us stopped playing with quite a few years ago. So they're all just kind of collecting dust, mold, and mildew most likely. :V

The usable half used to have a really big (and super freaking heavy) television set that I used for my gaming purposes, but we moved that out and gave the basement to my older sister (who couldn't stand living in the same room as my little sister) several years ago, and she's been living down there, when she's not away at college, for quite some time.
my grandparents have a basement that is concrete floors, some sort of foil-like insulation material for walls, and wood. It is full of old toys that no one's played with for years. We used to play with them, but then we started playing video games on the TV there. eventually, it got so that we so rarely went to their house that we don't even use the TV to play games anymore. So now there's an entire basement set up to be enjoyed by young folks, and the only sign of life is the cat that my cousin got and gave to them because she couldn't take care of it(same cousin who's now taking care of two babies).

I never complain about my life because I know mine is a relatively good one. I only have first world problems.

I'm fairly certain 99% of the people on these forums have only First World Problems.

true, I guess anyone with internet can only have first world (maybe second world) problems.
but some of those problems are actual psychological issues and whatnot that can affect all worlds.

Quite a lot third world citizens have internet access, but I don't think you would find many of them on webcomic forums.

And given that the Soviet Union doesn't exist anymore I would say relatively few have second world problems. :3

I made her in 15 minutes after seeing the original joke, it was made for time not quality.
As for soda my favorite kind is Orange Soda, mostly made by Crush.
