Another one done. I was trying to cheer myself up, and I browsed through my song files. Then, I stumbled on one that I actually forgot I have, and it is one of my most favourite songs, ever since I was a young teenager.

Then, an idea struck me head-on, and I pretty much spend most of my day today sketching this. It is based from the song's unplugged version's video clip.

For the six musicians, from the right, there's me, Keys, Fiddler, Sabrina, Fido and a guest character.

Cookies for those who can:
1) Guess what song this is. Clue: The band is from Ireland.
2) Guess who's the guest character. Clue: she's one of the characters in a pet-friendly neighbourhood.

P/s: Huh, now I really wished I have a scanner... Also, I might digitize this one day.

[EDIT]: I forgot to bold out the outlines, so I've done that and reuploaded the edited one.
[EDIT 2]: Guess no one knew the answers XD. Well:
1) The song is "Silver Strand" by The Corrs. Here's the link to the video clip. (Might be out of topic, so I'll remove this if need be).
2) The guest character is Stephanie "Heart" Julien, the rocker cat from Blue Peak Shores.

She's actually playing a tin whistle, a signature instrument of the lead vocal in the band.
(now it's easier to guess XD )

It's just that it looked a little too big to be a Irish tin whistle. Then again , I didn't even know they could be that large. You see the Irish tin whistle my Dad owns is a Irish tin penny whistle in the key of D.

It's OK, it's my fault actually. I was afraid that the tin whistle was too small that Sabrina's paws would obscure it when being held, so I drew it longer XD

Isn't Bino's neck supposed to be a bit pencily? Maybe it's a little too pencily in EvanAierkan's drawing of Bino and Sasha. As for that drawing, why does the background style look so much like Rick's speed-drawn backgrounds? Not that there is any problem with it, of course. It may just be a coincidence,after all.

Because background like that are easy to make and fast. The neck actually was more buff originally, but Valerio wanted it more pencily. Isn't that canon anyways?

yeah, but we've never actually seen it in comic (other than when he was younger) so I was basically saying "Fox was right". which is why I emphasized my "is" with bold.

The smile I was trying to achieve is actually a mixture of pride, sarcasm,contempt,joy, and yes,greed. It's a bit of a complicated smile if you ask me. Basically, the things that make her happy are quite different from the things that make Peanut happy. I do believe that a smile can tell you a lot about a person at that point in time. Even a fake smile has a lot to say.

it's the eyes. the eyes are supposed to portray emotion, and they aren't showing all those emotions you wanted to show with the smile. they actually look inviting. you should make them more cold.

Is it that there is a little too much light hitting the eyes, is it that you can see the whole pupil of each eye, or is it that the eyes look too relaxed? I don't want her to look too happy but neither do I want her to look too mad. Don't eyebrows(or at least the eyebrow ridge) also affect the appearance of an emotion.If she looks too happy then that is out of character for her, isn't it? Is being out of character necessarily a bad thing? If I could edit the drawing I would but I can't.

Although, I do admit it would help me a lot If I saved the project file onto my computer when I was drawing it.

I could then load the file in Rate My Drawings, edit it, save it, then delete the old file in my gallery.

I got really bored again, so I started watching some playthroughs of games in Youtube.
Then, I stumbled across this game called Solatorobo, and I have to say, it's quite interesting, and the character designs are cool.
Then, an idea struck me.

Peanut's muzzle looks a bit off though. Ah well.

BENQ DC C610. I got it, like, 6 years ago? So, the original picture is even more blurry. I used the Auto-Level option to at least make the lines darker and more distinct.

One day, I'll get a proper scanner, like I mentioned about 4 times in the past here.

Another Solatorobo-inspired sketch, this time of Bino. I've always wanted to draw him, but never really found a good setting, until now.

Tried ditching the Auto-Level tool, and it looks better, I think. I don't really know if Bino has a last name, so the name title is a bit lacking.
