Thank you Jack, I really like my name although I don't really like it when people compare it to Jesus... It's ok though, don't worry about it.

Hello there, Yehoshua. I hope you have fun here and post often. We love new people, so just prepare for a few glomps every now and then!
Re: The Welcome Thread!
Hi, my name is Jacamal (my real name is Jake). To be honest, I have never read the comics, but my friend, who introduced me to Housepets, said that this was a great place to get to know people.
I am a rising Senior at one of the several Early College High School's in North Carolina. My favorite subjects are Math and Science, and to be more specific Biology, Algebra (I and II), Calculus, Animal Science, and Chemistry. I also like any and all of the Social Sciences (Psychology, Sociology, etc). These past three years I have practically dedicated my life to school, but I'm hoping that since I only need four more classes (1 year-round and 3 college classes) to graduate that my Senior year will be a breeze.
I love the Legend of Zelda. Pokemon and Star Wars are okay, but I haven't had much time to play any video games because of school. Wizard101, The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time and Windwaker, Minecraft, Sims II, Pokemon (Fire Red, Leaf Green, Sapphire, Ruby, Emerald, Yellow, Red, Blue, Diamond, Pearl, Silver, and Colosseum ), Star Wars Clone Wars, Medal of Honor, Call of Duty, Top Gun, and Pikmin (I and II) are the only games I have played on a regular basis, ever. XD
I'm a big fan of scary movies, but I really like romantic comedies too. I'm not afraid to admit that much.
My favorite music consists of: country, pop, rock, hip hop, some screamo, some alternative, 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's, and Tecktonik. It's mainly country and hip hop though. XD I'm always opened to listening to new things, so hit me up on this.
Other than that, I really like talking to people, and I'm happy to be here. ;D
P.S. My friend told me to be fairly detailed with this. XD That's my somewhat good reason for making it so long. lol

Re: The Welcome Thread!
Welcome to the forums, Jacamal! Well, try to read SOME of the comics, they're actually good!
Hey, I used to love those subjects the most too! Yeah, I like social sciences as well. You sound a lot like me at a younger age. Good luck!
Heh, I USED to play video games and love them, but not so much anymore (and I never got into Zelda, though my sibs did).
I like scary movies too if they're GOOD. Romantic comedies I don't usually like so much, but if they're good I might.
What's "screamo"? I tend to like oldies myself. But I have eclectic likes too. Have you ever heard Ladysmith Black Mambazo?
Then you've come to the right place!
No worries--I like long posts, both reading them and making them!
Enjoy your stay!

See Jake? I told you that a detailed introduction would help people get to be familiar with you faster. X3
Anyways, happy to see you on here, best-guy-friend. X3 And as I was mentioning to you on the phone, before you accidentally hung up on me, I still don't have this stupid monitor working! Guess who's missing a power cable?
