It's from a Vocaloid picture video by Glider titled "Hakobako Player" or roughly translated to box-box player.

Vocaloid is a digital voice synthesizer that used MIDI (and WAV I think) for the songs while having various characters (voice packages) that would sing the lyrics the user tells them too. There's a lot of videos of it flying around in Youtube and Nico Douga and some of the songs are actually very nice. It's mostly Japanese songs though some English songs were also made, I would say it was more comedic than good though.
