before destroying a badger poodle.
He turns up, tail between his legs
and, for his old job, he begs.
Forgiveness is limited in the girl
but she knows to give it a whirl.
She’s cutting down on staff expenses
whilst bolstering cash defences.
Keene’s just lumbered her with ties
to unclear science we can surmise.
The future’s not yet paid for…
No-one knows the cost, nor the score.

Nice to see that Steward is so agreeable to whatever terms Lana wants him to work under! Though since Steward wants redemption so much, somebody should have told her he would have worked for free.

For a second I thought Keane's transformation expert was Itsuki,but then I don't know if Rick has decided if HP! tenukis are shapeshifters or not.

That wasn't the point I was making. I was saying that Lana could have gotten away with NOT paying him. Steward wants to make amends so bad he WOULD work for free. I said nothing about him getting ANOTHER job.

Keeping in mind that his salary was probably like a few million dollars a year, so even at 1%, he's still making five figures.

I'm not sure we will see him use any of his wealth because he is trying to be contrite. He might think throwing money around wouldn't be showing how remorseful he is.
