1. Karishad is into some kinky **** (no one is surprised)
2. Karishad is related to Katsune (no one is surprised/well they might be surprised but in a "wait, we really should have seen that coming" sort of way.)

I remember ages ago everyone always assumed he was Kitsune's avatar, as he was clearly associated with him (and the cosmic game, as Tarot clearly knew he was involved somehow) and did various magical things and was somehow always involved but never harmed by any of the ridiculous things he did.

Not sure if anyone guessed he was another player but it's pretty logical.

Also, he is a naughty creature it seems.

I was honestly too astounded at the casual implication of Kari's 'interest' (which Rick has stated in the past he wouldn't be doing after that brief scene with Karl Lenin-Faust way back when) to even notice the plot twist, but.... yeah, a lot of old gags make sense now.

My question is: Did Rick always intend for Karishad to be Kitsu's bro, or did he just have an idea that he wanted the two to have a connection in some way and only recently decided it should be this?
Neither is good or bad, just different ways of writing and I am curious about his writing methodology.

I’m honestly not sure, I think Kari was a character before Kitsune, but maybe Rick wanted the character development/plot twist all along.

I also really like how Karishad just kissed Tarot’s paw in the beginning. Seems like a Kari way of saying bye to someone, I really hope all is well in the mortal world as everyone is sent off.

The fact that, like Draig and Craig, Karishad was left behind on Earth when everyone else was transported to heaven was a huge indicator as well. Not to mention his ability to kill a fictional character, and the fact that Kitsune waved to him (and only him) in Australia.

So lets see here. Karishad first appeared in 2008 and it took 15 years for him to get his second tail if we go by first seeing him in 2008. Does this mean he will get all 9 of his tails in 2128?

So if Kari have 2 tails, from what we seen. He is quit younger then Kit, A little over a 100 years, a young kitsune. According to legend he get his white, golden colour when he is 1000 years old, gets his ninth tail and then ascends to heavens.
Makes him a very fascinating character IMO.

i think you read that wrong. Kari is at most 199 years old, as a new tail=100 years old or 100 years old period if he JUST got his tail. he gets a new tail every 100 years thus Kari was born in early 1900's or in the 1800's.
