He doesn't want to return,
Our outspoken, taciturn, Todd.
He just thought he'd stand out;
fearing the others would find him odd.
It's signed, sealed and delivered,
The deal made with the eternal;
Heaven's reward to the mortal horde
for helping them fight the infernal.
Are Craig and Draig still there?
They've fallen quite quiet right now?
They need to speak up quite soon
Or else they're getting home... how?

I honestly expected a bigger fight from Todd.

Oh, well. Don't kiss a gift red panda in the mouth.

Told everybody they were gonna stay as animals. Not only can Rick make more stories easier but he HATES drawing humans. This is the excuse he needs to not do that and keep them as main characters.

I’m actually curious where Rick stated hating drawing humans.

If Todd were human, that would be sleazy. Thankfully with a face like that it loops back around to being cute.

I'd also like to point out how adorable Cerb's shoulder heads are in those last panels.

Aww, Todd is turning red... :oops: And, he's already a red panda. :P Eheh, I'm loving the dorky face he has in the third panel, reminds me of Maxwell... :lol: So, for him is okay whatever they want, and then, Cerberus' propose already got most of the approving. It's enough get back their mortal bodies, also if they're the animal ones, as seems. :) Funny how Cerberus is looking at a not existing clock, which is not necessary with such very fast Heaven's bureaucracy, great thing. ;)

"But what are you looking at your wrist for? You don't even have a watch!"
"I can send it back for a more detailed revision"
"Looking at your wrist is fine!"

Remember, people, time is relative in Heaven. If it takes a year for everyone who needs to review it, to do so, they can stretch time around so that the year feels like a few seconds or vice-versa

I don't think they are, though. I'm reading their reactions as either a werewolf-transformation-like arrangement, or being able say a magic word and the other person will se a human standing there. Doesn't mean we won't see humans in the future
D-Rock wrote: Fri Feb 03, 2023 9:50 pm I’m actually curious where Rick stated hating drawing humans.
Here.
There were way too many comments at the time stating either that they didn't want to see humans in their funny animal the comic (i.e. they preferred them to appear from the bottom half of the face down) or that the way Rick draws humans was just too darn ugly. (Those comments have been deleted now but trust me, there was about 200 comments and 100 of them were dedicated to the discussion of "Rick dared to draw humans!", though to be fair about half of them were people telling them to shut up and enjoy the comic)

She was trying to be approachable at the time, probably intentionally manifesting small (but has a skewed sense of what "small" even is)

We do have a point of reference for this and that's Johnny Bravo. It never looked sleezy nor cute, it just looked silly

What was that line readers used in the olden days? "Cerb seems much more buff then she used to be...etc...etc...etc".

It’s honestly getting kinda absurd. I can buy it on the wolves or Jata, but now EVERYONE is a mini-me of Arnold Schwarzenegger and it’s really distracting, like, it reminds me of the weirdly detailed anatomy Joel Schumacher put on the costumes in his Batman movies.

Imagine some poor kid from Babylon dreams of becoming a sports star, manages to make it all the way to the NFL and then it all comes crashing down when they do a steroids check.
