Huh, didn't expect both Lois and Keene to get hit. Only leaves Marion, Tarot, Craig, and Craig now...wonder who's next?

Tarot is undeniably awesome. Also love how Rick added in a reference to high school athletics.

Also, dang, Lois and Keene are gone now? I never expected something like that to happen to them, especially Keene.

I expected Keene rather easily, honestly. Lois, however, definitely not.

Let us take a moment to recognize Tarot as this game's MVP.

that whoever taught Lois the hunk
might have had things right
as she messes up the slam dunk.
Keene and Lois fall away,
leaving just two or three
to get them into the Mana;

It's the mana pool (Everytime it showed up in the comic, it was listed as 'Source of unspeakable power').

Also it’s looking like Marion is either gonna 1) Use his squirrel agility to reach the mana and use it because everyone else is stuck, or 2) Use said agility to become an annoying distraction for Eudoant, a dostraction that Eudoant can’t hit while Kix climbs back up and grabs one of the kits from Tarot.

I’d put money down on Marion being able to dodge long enough to survive to the end of this whole fight rathee than getting zorched. I also get the vibe that he has serious words for Eudoant that he’s gonna say while he does whatever he plans to do. Words likely inspired by what Aardvark talked about before he got on the bus, and the stuff he & Lois talked about back in River Ridge when he felt like losing his squirrelness would be bad, like he’d be losing a part of himself.

Sooo ... when/if Lois gets to the celestial realm, will he reassemble as a feline or a person?

And also Keene is eliminated. Great Tarot to the rescue of Draig! Great move by Lois, too, but it didn't end well for her... Tarot is doing the impossible now with her maw! Anyway, good for her that Craig already threw up, but a whiplash hurts a lot. They're so close to the mana... Marion and maybe also Kix should still be alive and help, but what else can they do?

So then that is Keene and Lois that are knocked out of the fight then. my money right now however is that either Marion is the one that deals the final blow or it is gonna be down to Craig and Draig and as a result they get rewarded by getting their physical forms back.

If they go to heaven, they can literally become whatever they wanted. Didn't Fox make himself better built to attract ladies? So for Lois, she would become whatever she would think herself as. She would definitely start as a bobcat, because that's what she would expect to be.

King returned to heaven as a human first before taking his dog form. That might have had something to do with the fact that he was a human on earth, though.

If everybody else is dead dead and not just warped back to Heaven because of the beam I can see Lois and Todd being in their human forms first. Then if they wanna be their animal forms they transform back into them.

Yeah that would definitely be a mood killer if they found that out. I know that I would be annoyed if I was in Lois's position.

I think that the second title might be really depressing. Even if it does fit the final arc Rick is doing.

Even in her buff form, that’s gotta really hurt.

When she ends up unlatching herself from the boulder I can just picture her having hillbilly teeth since she definitely isn't gonna come out of this with all of them intact.

Just as a reminder Rick still has more stuff with Housepets! planned after this arc. This is just the final arc.

Yeah, I figured at this point. I’m honestly okay that he’s changing the format of the webcomic or taking more time to focus on his other passions, just don’t have anything happen to Tarot, and we cool.
