Last few panels, some reason, really make me want to play Mirror's Edge again.

Haven't you seen what end Todd did a while ago? You risk to reach him in Heaven... Of course, everything Eudoant does against you is going to be mortal... Let's see how the things will evolve, it's really hard right now.

Yeah Kitsune. I don't think that is gonna be a comfort to Marion. You should be trying to bolster them not make them more uncertain and afraid.

No, that actually feels completely on-brand for him; namely in that there's never been a single instance where he was ever actually helpful to anyone. He's just like fate in that he seems really profound and mysterious until you realize that he's just doing whatever requires the least amount of effort on his part, and if it happens to end positively, it's more because of luck than anything else.

Kitsune is still infinitely more likeable than the other Celestials, who are both overexplained and frustratingly unexplained, and spout more useless wisdom than Joel Osteen and Oprah combined. I still like the supernatural elements of the comic more than the slice of life stuff though.

I honestly like them both equally in my opinion. But I wouldn't mind seeing more slice-of-life soon.

Are we ever going to again? Isn’t this the last arc?

Rick is still going to do the comic, but just tell stories in short bursts and not set them up as arcs anymore.

Yep. Simple, slice-of-life comics now with no major epic story arcs anymore.

I’m actually glad to hear that. For some reason I thought he was ending the comic for good after this. I actually really like the slice of life stuff he makes, but an odd supernatural twist every now and again made stuff interesting. And that’s saying a lot, because normally I find fantasy boring.

'm not that big into fantasy either. But somehow Rick managed to pull me in!

Well, Squirrelly, it wasn't too healthy for that red Panda guy!

Though to be fair we don't know if he is dead or just transformed into something else like a bug.

From what I just read in another topic, I think he's back in Heaven and the rules of death have been suspended.
