Title Text: mmm gold pie

I never would've expected to the word "cute" to cross my mind while looking at Eudoant, but here we are :D

This was a test run, old Steward,
to make sure that the hammer works.
You’re going to get your ‘just reward’
but Euodant will get the perks.
Your fate is sealed, unless you run
but is THAT what he meant by hope?
Extend the chance here, just for fun,
and then pull back upon your rope?
Heroes are coming, you don’t deserve
but they’ll rescue you anyway.
For those above, they will preserve;
if they can find you. Better pray...

I don't think I've ever seen Eudoant smile before. I'm not sure I like it.

Oh yeah, there'll be plenty of folks that'll say he looks cute smiling (and yeah, he kinda does) but he's still not the type to smile for any good reasons.

And I have a feeling that coin being broke in three pieces is very bad.

It's always something new with Eudoant. Next, we'll find out he's some kind of an executive in a screwed up underworld sports league.

For some reason, I keep thinking Eudoant is gonna make Steward swallow a piece of that Coin for 'Safe-Keeping'...

On a side note, if Steward is going to be turned into a demon, or given demonic powers, what's gonna happen to him when (at least I'm assuming it's "when") Eudoant is banished back to where he came from? This kind of thing isn't playing around anymore, he's probably got something far worse than jail or just staying a badger that's gonna happen to him when this is all said and done.

So if the coin's broken...I predict that Kitsune will use all his power to restore the coin to it's original state and remove the curse, but not be able to turn those affected by it back into humans.

If the coin’s broken, does that mean it’s original curse is now split into three parts, or is its power totally changed?

If this makes everyone change back I hope Marion isn't sitting on Lois shoulder. That would be awkward.

I just noticed the title. Are we finally going to find out what "Dream Sundering" means?

AlKatze wrote: Mon Feb 15, 2021 7:36 am If the coin’s broken, does that mean it’s original curse is now split into three parts, or is its power totally changed?
As I understand it, the coin is a regular old coin that was given to Pete as tribute/treasure, and he lay the curse on "any part" of that treasure, so in theory the power is unchanged; a piece of eight (or of three) from the cursed trasure is still part of the treasure.

This, by the way makes Thomas's "don't spend it all in one place'" a good candidate for the most costly joke in this universe. I believe IRL that goes to an "unnecessary" movie scene that blew over budget many times over.

In her pocket would be hilarious

So, that's the third way: break Steward's cursed gold coin, the one that turned him into a badger. It's much better than use that hammer on him, eheh. :P He's still a badger, though, but we'll see what the demon can do with the pieces. ;) Good to see that face on Eudoant, he's kinda cute there, too. :D

PS: the way the coin broke suddenly reminded me of Mercedes-Benz badge. :P

With Eudoant destroying the coin I was about to say that somewhere Bronson can breath a sigh of relief but perhaps its too soon to celebrate. Stewart being a badger hints that that didn't lift the curse but I have a feeling the magic it contained may be about to go in a completely different direction than the one we are used to...

Or perhaps...it could lead to hybrids (like one human could turn into Cat/Dog and one could be transformed into a Pokemon)?

Whatever happens with the coin now that it has been smashed into three pieces and isn't whole anymore, I am sure there is one thing we all can agree on. That Steward STILL is screwed.

He might've gone to play for the Hellmouth Sunbeams (https://blaseball-fans.fandom.com/wiki/ ... h_Sunbeams), you never know...
--

The coin's been into three pieces cracked,
And Steward's happy his head wasn't split,
Even demons aren't all bad,
And for that, the badger's glad.

Even villains have there flaws,
And the fear is as strong as the badger's claws.
Now, in three the coin is split,
What's Eudoant going to do with it?

Considering one third of the coin ended up bringing out the evil half of Breel who was turned into a dinosaur demon for some reason, I'm wondering if we will have more evil versions with the other two thirds?
