Seems that Kix is still not happy with Kitsune. Also, is he the kits bio dad? It's been tossed around as an idea a lot here, but this implies it's true.

In the spa arc, Kitsune said he was helping her raise the kits. Definitely an odd way to say it if he was their biological father, considering that fox pairs typically stay together when raising kits, as opposed to merely "helping." With her mentioning being at a fur farm then, I've held to the idea that that was where her mate was from, and also the reason there's no "dad" in the picture.

Honestly the oddest party here is Tarot and Todd everyone else makes sense. I am very curious how those two will work off each other should be interesting.

although we don’t know why for sure -
as the group splits into new teams,
the better to cover more floor.
Tarot doesn’t forgive Keene yet,
she’s decided his punishment.
Maybe, after they’ve finished here,
she might be registered content.

and what if the meet Bahamut?

I checked, and both of those given options for demons seem fairly tame in appearance. Personally would have asked if it was like Wayne Douglas Barlowe's depictions of demons because I had a phase where I obsessed over the film "Alien Planet" based on Barlowe's book "Expidition" and his depictions being quite strange.

I guess Tarot got stuck with the odd one out. I can't imagine Todd would be very helpful since he'd spend the entire time either trying to show off or bring terrified it of his mind. I don't think my idea of Kitsune giving him a life lesson is gonna work either since he'll be busy working out his problems with Kix.

Seems a good idea split the group in couples, and good that Tarot took Todd with her, so he wouldn't disturb anyone of the others.

Kix doesn't still look so glad of Great Kitsune, but you have to search for your kits now, come on.

I don’t know why the heck being paired with Karishad is a punishment. Being paired with him means you probably are less likely to get defeated by a demon. Plus you are missing all the fun you two will have!

To be fair, they don't actually need muscle, at least if things go to plan. I suspect that the beings that they are going against don't care how strong their opponant is, only Kitsune is going to have a serious chance with them. Lois might even be a slight disadvantage since she can't hide as well as Marion.

Karishad has been proven to be a constant danger to those around him. There's a reason it's assumed that there's a crisis whenever he says that he didn't do it.

Since he is directly responsible for allowing the dino demon to get to Earth, and apparenlty not mentioning it to Kitsune, then yeah, this is his fault.

Would be good for capturing Steward. But who knows if he's been imprisoned or demonically possessed or something.

Thing is, they don't appear to need muscle. They need stealth. In the group we have here, Marion and Keene are likely the best prepared. Lois is smart, so she'll keep her head down, as will Tarot. Kix is with Kitsune. Karishad is... Karishad. He's safe. The most likely to get into trouble or get someone else into trouble is Todd.

I'm curious now: Wonder which 'Bat' album is Marion's favorite. I have a feeling it'd probably be Bat Out Of Hell 1 but I wouldn't rule out Bat Out Of Hell 2 (I would be one VERY happy werewolf if his favorite was Bat Out Of Hell 3).
